This was the absolute worst experience buying a truck. Check engine comes on during the test drive. The sales guys says "no big deal as long as it isn't blinking". I took his word for it and they check Check engine comes on during the test drive. The sales guys says "no big deal as long as it isn't blinking". I took his word for it and they checked it out in the shop and I left with it. The next business day I bring it back to be fixed, air filter I'm told. Service MGR tells me to my face that the xxxxxx sales guys don't make his schedule and I am looking at waiting all day for an air filter. After arguing with him that this was not my fault he reluctantly takes it back to return an hour later telling me their big beautiful dealership doesn't stock air filters. So I come back the next day to get it installed. On the way home check engine light comes back on. I return to the dealership for the truck to be fixed again. 2 hours later the same obnoxious service manager tells me that the truck is beyond repair and that Chrysler engineers will have to look at it, could take weeks. At this point I have had all I can take and have been waiting the entire week for a finalized contract for the truck that has still never been sent. Since I had never signed anything I requested my money back for the truck. The sales manager was very upset when I called him a liar, it was because he shook may hand and lied straight to me face about the truck and the problems that had been reported to Carfax. They told me the report was clean and I didn't need to worry about it. My neighbor has had similar experience's with these people. STAY AWAY!
