We came in to JUST look at Jeep Wranglers. John Cook was understanding and showed us what was available. There was no pressure whatsoever. After our test drive we told John we would be back the next day, he introduced us to Scott Malone. I had to see if my current car was going to be totaled by the insurance company. It was not. However, we still contacted our bank and received a pre authorized loan confirmation. We returned to the dealership both John and Scott Malone met us and we talked. We did purchase the Jeep. Zaki in finance was able to save us on a lower interest rate and explained the warranty processes, he answered all our questions and there was still no pressure. Before I left John even sat with me in the jeep and showed me everything on the dash to make the drive home a bit less hectic. It was a very pleasant experience overall. The people were friendly, even the sales people that were not working with us. Everyone was down to earth and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership over any one else. More
