My girlfriend and I were just going to have an oil change and we came out with a whole new vehicle, a 2011 Kia Soul! Truth be told my girlfriend's 2000 Kia Sportage was on its gasping last breath and it scar and we came out with a whole new vehicle, a 2011 Kia Soul! Truth be told my girlfriend's 2000 Kia Sportage was on its gasping last breath and it scared me to both ride and drive in it. The brakes were nearly non-existent and that was just the tip of the iceberg of needs it was starting have. Tim Lee was amazing and really gave us a comfortable no obligation of our options since we were already thinking of buying something this year it didn't hurt to listen to what he could offer us, he was someone we couldn't help but like and feel that he has a high level of integrity and genuine kind nature which means a lot when a lot of money is on the line. He wanted us to have a safe and affordable deal when we were ready! Next person was the awesome Simone Johnson, she was a gem and made me and my girlfriend feel like we were going to be in good hands and that she'd make sure we got what we needed financially and at a reasonable payment that was perfect for us no pressure at all! BUT the sweetest thing was the treatment we got from Bill Nettles who was doing the oil change along with some other things to the old car, he realized that we were looking around at vehicles and that our old vehicle was at death's door so all he had completed was the oil change but forgone the other stuff to save us money till he was certain that we were taking a new vehicle. He also said that it was probably a good thing to go with a new vehicle cause the one we got is looking bad and not safe to drive off the lot. He'd rather we use the money towards the new Kia then waste it on the old. Turns out the breaks on the old vehicle went out and nearly scared the Kia worker driving it. It was time and we were at the right place with the right people who were nothing but honest, friendly, and very helpful beyond anything I have ever experienced. They have helped us through tough financing issues and were always on our side, even driving all the way to Gloucester to tag on our new license plate. More
So i am in the navy and am away from home. My wifes van breaks have been making a noise she wanted to get checked out before she went on a road trip. so she makes an appointment and goes in this morning. The two ladies were extremely rude and short with her making my wife very uncomfortable. Very poor showing. they were rude over the phone with her also. so i called to talk to the GM Steve Sparkman who magically is not there and has no voice mail or any way to leave a message that is not word of mouth. See ya Casey. will not be back to you wich is a shame because the sales process there was very plesant. Do not bother because apparently the only care about selling not continued customer care and support. would rate lower if given the oppertunity. More
