Great Service Mrs. Katie Gilbert is always such an endearing person. Every time that I go for whatever service she sees and greets me with a smile. One time I came in and there were babies crying and havoc everywhere and it even looked like she was the only rep available but she didn't seem stressed out and she didn't use those circumstances to be rude like so many people do today. Customer service is fleeting in this world but it seems to be wrapped up within Katie every day. Thank you for your service Katie I look forward to coming back for more of my Kia needs! More

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have always recieved excellent service at Casey Kia. I drive about 20 miles from Virginia Beach for oil changes and car updates, for them to do it. I have always recieved excellent service at Casey Kia. I drive about 20 miles from Virginia Beach for oil changes and car updates, for them to do it. Today's service was especially wonderful. Scheduled my appointment online; which is awesome by the way, super easy! During the inspection, Robert told me I needed my marker bulbs replaced. Since it's the holiday season I told him I'd have to wait on those; I'm a bit tight on money. He smiled and said no worries! About 20 minutes later he comes out to let me know my oil change was finished and that he also replaced the marker bulbs free of charge today, since he was worried about me being pulled over! Such an awesome guy and Casey Kia will always be my go to for services and buying cars in the futre! Thank you Robert, I hope your team recognizes you for your amazing customer service! More

Trying to get a loaner car while been needs service. I was supposed to have my car serviced at the Collision Center which is for my Kia. When I showed up, they asked me if I had set up a rental with Hert I was supposed to have my car serviced at the Collision Center which is for my Kia. When I showed up, they asked me if I had set up a rental with Hertz and I said no because I was not informed I needed to do this when I got my estimate. My car got damaged by a tree company service so I got the estimate and sent to them and they had already sent me the check. The person at the collision should have informed me of this so I could have included that in my estimate. So I was very upset and headed to Casey Kia the dealership in Newport news and Katie who works there was very understanding and talked to her mangement and was able to get me a loaner car while mine would be serviced. She was awesome and I appreciate it so much. The Casey Collision Center was not helpful at all and would not try to help me! The dealership is much nicer and never had a bad experience with them! Katie was awesome! I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel. They figured out what it was, ordered the parts and even put him in a loaner the next day, I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel.
