BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have always recieved excellent service at Casey Kia. I drive about 20 miles from Virginia Beach for oil changes and car updates, for them to do it. Scheduled my appointment online; which is awesome by the way, super easy! During the inspection, Robert told me I needed my marker bulbs replaced. Since it's the holiday season I told him I'd have to wait on those; I'm a bit tight on money. He smiled and said no worries! About 20 minutes later he comes out to let me know my oil change was finished and that he also replaced the marker bulbs free of charge today, since he was worried about me being pulled over! Such an awesome guy and Casey Kia will always be my go to for services and buying cars in the futre! Thank you Robert, I hope your team recognizes you for your amazing customer service! More

Trying to get a loaner car while been needs service. I was supposed to have my car serviced at the Collision Center which is for my Kia. When I showed up, they asked me if I had set up a rental with Hert I was supposed to have my car serviced at the Collision Center which is for my Kia. When I showed up, they asked me if I had set up a rental with Hertz and I said no because I was not informed I needed to do this when I got my estimate. My car got damaged by a tree company service so I got the estimate and sent to them and they had already sent me the check. The person at the collision should have informed me of this so I could have included that in my estimate. So I was very upset and headed to Casey Kia the dealership in Newport news and Katie who works there was very understanding and talked to her mangement and was able to get me a loaner car while mine would be serviced. She was awesome and I appreciate it so much. The Casey Collision Center was not helpful at all and would not try to help me! The dealership is much nicer and never had a bad experience with them! More

The Best Mechanic and Service Station in Neeport News,Va I wish I had know about this site before. Katie was awesome! I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel. They figured out what it was, ordered the parts and even put him in a loaner the next day, I took my husband's car in for a noise in the right wheel. They figured out what it was, ordered the parts and even put him in a loaner the next day, once all the parts were in. A few days later we took it back to have other recommended repairs done and we're given another loaner. Fantastic customer service! Thank you so much Katie!! More

Bad situation made right. Took 4 year old Sedona in for service (bought at this dealer). Car was randomly locking unlocked doors all by itself and side door (electronic closin Took 4 year old Sedona in for service (bought at this dealer). Car was randomly locking unlocked doors all by itself and side door (electronic closing doors) would not close completely. Door handle was broken by a family member who did not know the door electronics did not work. Service person stated there were recalls on both electronic issues, but we were not notified. Apparently - this was an optional recall for the car company Kia (for Kia to notify customers - dealers were NOT permitted to notify their customers) - Kia "optioned" not to spend the money for the recall. (great way to take care of your customers) Time to make repair was reasonable. There were some issues with charges for services we did not authorize in advance and after talking to the GM the charges were reversed. The following day we noted that neither issue we took the car in for were truly fixed (they appeared fixed the prior day - but the next day the slider would not close and the car was randomly locking). Expressed my unhappiness to both the dealer on followup calls and to Kia corporate. Received a call from maintenance manager offering to pick up my car (giving me a loaner) and make all repairs for free, including broken door handle. Reluctantly took him up on the offer. Took considerable time to diagnose and repair, but we were covered by loaner car till ours was returned. While unhappy with the original situation, dealer took extraordinary action to make this right and there follow up was sincerely appreciated. More
