All employees are polite and a joy to speak to as they show a great interest in the needs of their customers. The service is very thorough and of great quality. Only "problem" would be the somewhat longer time it takes for service. This, however, is compensated with complementary snacks, coffee, and delightful conversations with the employees, making up for the time quite well. More

The Person I spoke with took my information and updated it and asked what I needed done. I gave the employee all the information and we scheduled my car for that same day at 5pm. My issue was a flat tire with a hole and bulge on the outer side wall of the tire. I informed this employee that I had a tire warranty so that she could note that in the computer. I also brought up the fact that I didn't have a spare, and wasn't provided one when I purchased my car new from a different Kia. LONG STORY SHORT, They should have had all of this information in the system prior to my arrival. I have 5 kids and my husband works until 4:30, when asked what time needed , I replied, "the last appointment available". SO, knowing what I needed and having all my information, it should have been easy to make sure my tire was in stock at that location and the service dept had time to do the work...right? I ended up having to reschedule. I was given the same appointment time on the very next day, to which I arrived 15 min early. At first all was well and going as it normally should. However NONE of the information i had previously given was there. So when the service adviser told me what my total would be and that if they couldn't fix it in time he would let me use a car to get home, I informed him that there was no charge because I had a tire warranty. This is when it gets uneasy. The adviser looks at me and says " Well, your gonna have to give me more than that". I said , I purchased my car new from a Kia dealership, the warranty is in my name/vin number. He then goes on to become visually annoyed and starts sounding condescending. things like, "well now parts are about to close" and "were gonna have to hurry this up". With a final "we don't have time for this". I was composed up until the last statement to which my eyes teared up and I became extremely embarrassed and felt like I was burdening him. So I stood up flushed and angry and told him that was he was really rude and I will take my car elsewhere. He looked confused so I repeated my self, telling him he shouldn't have been rude, to bring my car back out and I would leave. I walked outside to remove myself from the situation and waited about 10 minutes before the service adviser (not in my car) comes out to confront me. I told him 3 times I didn't want to talk to him,he just kept trying to get me back in there, again I say to him "just give me my car" to which he snapped back "WELL GO GET IT THEN"! I looked crazy at him and at this point I'm furious. I Snapped back, "I used to work at a F@#$!NG Chevrolet Body Shop, I know that customers aren't supposed drive themselves in the service area BUT I will go get it if you want me to!" (I shouldn't have cursed). (AND the garage door was shut so I couldn't have driven my car out myself anyway.) The whole time we are arguing outside I'm on the phone with my husband who hears the entire conversation and is more mad than I am at how I'm being spoken to. After a few minutes of this the adviser finally goes to get my car, as he walk away I told him I will definitely be leaving a review of this experience. When he brings my car out, his demeanor has changed and he apologizes, he tells me he put air in my tire so that I can at least make it back home, and he was sorry again. I will be calling triple A. And the New Van we inquired about the previous week, will be purchased elsewhere also. UPDATE: Joe the service manager took this matter very seriously and went out if his way to make things right, we are satisfied with the work performed and the extras like the courtesy tow wash and detail. He assured my husband the matter had been dealt with and apologized for the occurrence even happening. I did not go back myself, but my husband said he is pleased and the service was great. More

Service of my Kia Sorento When I first started coming to Casey Kia a few years ago the first person that I came ini contact with was Taylor Powell. He set the tone for my customer service experience. He was very polite and welcomed me to the center. He made sure that I understood the things that were going to be done to to my car. He escorted me to the customer lounge to wait for my car and he gave me updates as necessary while I waited. Each time that I would come there for service he would be the one to greet me and show me what representative would be assisting me. I look forward to seeing him because I know that I am going to get that great customer service experience. A couple weeks ago when I went in for an inspection and oil change, I got out of my car and Taylor greeted me by saying "Hello Ms Prunty, it's nice to see you again." He proceeded to show me to the person that would be assisting me. This spoke volumes to me. He remembered my name! Not just another customer but he made it personal and I was overjoyed to know that the people I trust my car with and spend so much money with acknowledge me as more than just a paying customer. Not everywhere you go shows you this much respect. They should but they don't. Casey Kia is a car dealership that I would recommend to anyone to buy a car from or get service to their car done. More

A few bumps but overall great place. Went to this Kia to get three recalls done on my van. Most of the people were pretty kind for the most part. The first day I went to get the recalls done, my appointment was at 9:30am and they said my vehicle would be ready by 2:30-3. Prior to them taking my vehicle, I asked since the control arms would be replaced, would I also be receiving an alignment, since at that point my alignment on my vehicle was fine. My service advisor Katie, stated yes. I never received a phone call so I called them. They said it would be a little bit longer because "he's banging with a mallet because he's having trouble taking off the part." Again I called a few hours later after not hearing anything, they stated my vehicle wasn't ready and would need to stay overnight and would be ready by 10:30am. I said okay that's fine. Next day, I again, never received a phone call and called myself around 10 and the work still was not completed. Katie stated if it wasn't done by today they would look into getting me a loaner car. Around 1, I called again and my vehicle was done. I went to pick up my vehicle. They did not tell me I would need a second appointment to install the door latches. They also never aligned it. So, I called again to schedule another appointment due to it not being aligned, and asked if I also needed to make an appointment for the door latches since no one had mentioned anything about it. They had simply said I was "good to go." Went to my next appointment two days later, dropped off the car at 12:30 they stated it would be ready in an hour and call me. I got there at 2:30 after never receiving a call, and the service technician didn't know I was behind him. When asked if he finished on the van, he stated "I haven't started on that xxxx yet." So again, I am asked to wait until 3:30 and they will call me when it's done. I again, never received a phone call and just showed up close to 4:30. The work on the door latches was completed however the main reason for the appointment (for the alignment) was not completed, but they stated my vehicle was "done and ready to go." After I left I then called to speak with a manager, my first call was ignored and they let the phone ring for almost two minutes. I called back and requested not to be transferred but to be put on directly with a supervisor or manager. The manager, Joe, stated that they are not required to do alignments on the recalls they did. When I explained it's a control arm and suspension work requires an alignment. He stated yes but the recall doesn't include an alignment and then stated he would actually like to drive the vehicle himself at a third appointment. Had I not been told after I asked on the very first day I would be getting an alignment I would have been fine, however they told me not once but FOUR times that they would be giving my vehicle an alignment and it was never done. I'm taking it back today to see if they will give the van an alignment but after all of the xxxx we've gone through I'd rather go somewhere else. Also, according to Kia customer service and the manager, the recall states they are not required to do alignments after replacing the control arms (major suspension work), this would be at the discretion of the dealer. Edit: After the service manager Joe learned about my experience he did his best to correct the situation even though I was just given incorrect information by a member of the staff. I was given an alignment and due to having to make so many appointments and the experiences he also mounted and balanced our new tires for free. During our time there, they kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable, not one but about six people asked us if we were okay or needed anything while we were there. Joe also test drove it before and after and test drove it with my husband as well. Overall, I will likely return to this dealership for any future needs. More
