Mr. Sparkman, I appreciate your prompt service and corrective actions in regards to my visit. I was truly displeased with the service I received on Sunday and I was surprised myself to return back on Monday and try to work things out. To my benefit Mr. Horne was not available and ended up in the hands of an outstanding sales consultant that met all my expectations. I did appreciate the idea of an apologetic email, but I did reply to Mr. Horne to let him know that I think it would be better to send a personal letter or phone call. The communication between you and me is after the fact and we had the opportunity to discuss it in person. Also, his email was not signed, another sign of poor communication and lack of customer service. I do hope that Mr. Horne has the opportunity to overcome this and return from his training a more concerned, more approachable, respected sales consultant. We are enjoying our new Kia Sorento and look forward to meeting with your service department in the not so near future, hopefully.
