Duncan was our sales person for our new BMW 320i. His knowledge and professionalism was very appreciated during this buying experience. I come from a huge sales background myself, and I really appreciated his integrity and honesty....this works well with customers these days not the "used car salesman" tactics of the past! On June 25, 2013, I called Casey Auto Group in reference to a used vehicle I saw advertised online. The number provided within the advertisement ended up connecting me with Casey BMW, despite the fact that to a used vehicle I saw advertised online. The number provided within the advertisement ended up connecting me with Casey BMW, despite the fact that the vehicle in question was actually located on Casey Honda’s used car lot. The salesman that answered my call was affiliated with the BMW dealer, but seemed more than willing to assist me in any manner. At first, I thought to myself that this salesperson may have been willing to help simply to receive a sale, but as things progressed, this initial thought subsided. Rob Collins personally went to the Honda lot and retrieved this vehicle, parked it in the rear lot of Casey BMW, and ensured that the vehicle would not be shown and/or sold until I could come to look at it the following day. On Thursday, I met Rob for the first time at the Honda dealer and we took the vehicle for a short test drive. After the test drive, I was fortunate enough to meet the sales manager at Casey Honda, who was extremely rude, refused to work with me on the vehicle’s price, treated me as if I knew nothing about purchasing a car, and actually turned his back and walked away from me. Needless to say, this episode upset me to say the least and I proceeded to leave the car lot, telling Rob that he could free to call me should someone come to their senses and agree to make a deal. Within a couple of hours, Rob had worked with other managers at Casey Honda and had managed to get the vehicle to a price that I could live with. I came back later that evening, took the vehicle overnight, and made the purchase the following day. My dealings with Rob were professional and sincere. I honestly believe that when Mr. Collins told me he fought to achieve a more reasonable deal and that he had worked with other people at the Honda dealer that he actually did. Although I would have liked to have purchase this vehicle at a lower price, I feel that Rob did everything he could to make that happen and he was adamant that if the deal was not right for me, that it would not upset or offend him if I made the decision to walk away. I feel that Rob went beyond the call of duty, making sure that the small issues I found wrong with the vehicle were addressed promptly and correctly, the gas tank was filled, and the vehicle was thoroughly detailed inside and out before final delivery was made. All of my questions were answered in a professional manner, and any question asked that Rob did not know the answer to was researched and provided quickly. At the last minute, I discovered that the power lift gate on the vehicle was not functioning properly. Rob personally went to the sales manager at Honda and ensured that this repair would be made free of charge and walked with me to the service department of the dealer to schedule the appointment. Based on the experience above, Rob Collins has earned the trust of my wife and I, and although we do not plan to buy another vehicle in the near future, we would be happy to do business with Rob again. More
Could have used some more "training" as there are a lot of "bells and whistles" to be understood. I've been taking my car to Casey BMW for a few years now and in regards to service, Mike Bullis has always been an excellent manager in regards to customer service. Yesterday, Mike referred me to Rob C now and in regards to service, Mike Bullis has always been an excellent manager in regards to customer service. Yesterday, Mike referred me to Rob Collins when I told him I may be interested in purchasing a new car. Rob was the best, true top of the line person. He remained patient with me and answered all my questions and took the time listen to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. The paperwork process was seamless and almost scary because it was so easy. There was absolutely no hassle involved. Rob showed me every detail of my new car and made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the transaction. The team at Casey reaffirmed all the reasons I continue to give them my business. Kudos! More
My salesperson, Rob Collins was motivated, friendly and incredibly helpful. He is definitely NOT the stereotypical car salesman. I visited Rob Collins two times before I made a purchase on my third visit... Casey BMW does not push you to buy a vehicle right then and there like most places, they give you time, information and a feeli on my third visit... Once I decided to buy, the support was amazing and it seemed the entire staff was helping out to get me exactly what I wanted...
