I went into the dealership looking to purchase a certified used BMW, specifically either a 2010 or 2011 3-series model. My client advisor, Dan Williams, was extremely knowledgeable and the consumat certified used BMW, specifically either a 2010 or 2011 3-series model. Dan and the Casey BMW staff were able to convince me into getting into a new 2013 3-series Active Hybrid BMW for essentially the same price point. Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was familiar with all the capabilities and amenities in the car. As the car was a surprise gift for my wife, Dan also scheduled a time for her to come back into the dealership so that he could personally familiarize her with all the car's features. As a prior BMW owner I can confidently say that the cars sell themselves, however, the service and professionalism of the Casey BMW staff is unparalleled in the business. I found the prices of used cars very competitive at this dealership and also the sales person, Ryan , is very knowledgable person. He suggested couple of alternatives to get the car on loan as I dont have S dealership and also the sales person, Ryan , is very knowledgable person. I brought my wife's vehicle in here for service (oil change) and I must admit that initially it did go well. After getting the vehicle back we went straight home and parked the car. Thankfully she was able to go to work in one of our other cars but upon them opening I called the dealership and was initially greeted with a little push back that I didn't expect. But nevertheless I pressed on taking it back so that the shop foreman could listen to the vehicle and determine the source of the problem. And I'm pleased to say that the Service Staff went above and beyond to find and fix the problem as well as put to rest any and all concerns I may have had about their commitment to providing great customer care/service!
