I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 528I from Casey BMW. After such a great experience with Ryan and Casey BMW, I knew the time was right to buy my first BMW after 17 years of waiting and visiting several other dealerships in the past. The Casey team made sure that everything was all lined up when it was time to get my vehicle which made my pick up time seamless. We and if I decide to buy a newer BMW, I will definitely be looking to go to Casey BMW and finding who I consider my BMW salesman, Ryan Thomas. More

I called the dealership earlier in the day to talk with a saleman regarding a new BMW we were interested in. I recently contacted the sales dept at Casey BMW in hopes they could help me find the perfect car to buy my mom for her birthday. Perhaps not such a difficult request but for the fact that I live in Chicago they could help me find the perfect car to buy my mom for her birthday. Not to mention I wanted a very specific car that was not available on their lot and of course I wanted it delivered to her home as a surprise. I was so fortunate that Duncan was the one who picked up the phone on my initial call as he was excellent to deal with.
