Terrible experience purchasing from Casa Kia. Initially, i was leasing my vehicle. My lease term was up after four years so i figured "hey, why not buyout my lease since I've already paid said amount toward i was leasing my vehicle. I spent nearly FIVE hours Waiting around in their lobby until they FINALLY came back with a verdict. They claim that i owe the $1600+ towards property taxes that were NEVER discussed to me by Alexis who was the salesman who assisted me with my lease. After four years with the vehicle suddenly i am getting phone calls twice a day stating i have missed two months worth of payment towards my vehicle. According to my statements on Kia Finance that isn't the case, i have made my payment on time each month. These con-artists are taking the "property taxes" out of my monthly payment causing a derogatory mark to show up on my credit report, which in turn caused my credit score to drop SIGNIFICANTLY. When i called to set up an appointment to discuss buying out my lease, they said "we'll take care of the property taxes since you're purchasing the vehicle". That wasn't the case. After FIVE HOURS at the dealership they had the nerve to tell me i would be paying a 12% interest rate leaving me with a buyout of $16,0000 on a 2016 KIA SOUL. that is outrageous and for that price i could have purchased a brand new vehicle. They tried putting the blame on me saying i had terrible credit and that not even Kia wanted to finance me when in reality they were at fault for being vague, evil and conniving salesmen. When i mentioned i needed a second opinion and felt like i was being ripped off, suddenly Alexis was able to drop the interest rate from 12% to 9% ! These is an extremely sketchy act and leads me to believe that they are manipulating ALL OF THEIR NUMBERS. I have never had to deal with this with any of my previously leased vehicles through Hoy Toyota. Casa Kia took full advantage of me during my purchase. THIS IS NOT "THE HOME OF THE NICE GUYS". DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THERE WILL BE HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY DO NOT DISCUSS. More

In addition I called the titling clerk 6 weeks after my purchase because I have yet to receive my plates. She stated they sent in the paperwork last week. Apparently they waited 5 weeks. She also said the plates should arrive next week. When I informed her my temporary tag was expiring. I was told I could not get new ones because 'they cost the dealership money'. So now I can't drive my new car until the tags come in. More
