This time around, I'd come to the dealership to take a look a my console which wasn't working correctly when I purchased the car. I inquired about the problem at that time. I was told that that was just look a my console which wasn't working correctly when I purchased the car. I inquired about the problem at that time. I was told that that was just how it was and it couldn't be fixed. I inquired about it again and I advised Paul that it was already not working when I purchased the car. He asked me did Ford break it. I said yes. He quickly spoke with the director of service and advised me that the entire lid would need to be replaced and it will be completed at "no charge" to me because Ford broke it. He advised me that the part had to be ordered and he would call me as soon as the part got in his hands. This time he did just that. Upon my return to have the part installed, I was in and out in less than 44 minutes. I received excellent service. I left there saying everyone deserves a second chance. I promised Paul at that time that I would give him a better rating this time around. My apologies that it took this long. I thought I didn't receive the survey. More

Brought my just purchased used Lincoln MKZ here for a few issues. Brake rotors were warped making a on and off squeal, air noise in the cabin, squeaky trunk and trunk sometimes beeping and reopening when try issues. Brake rotors were warped making a on and off squeal, air noise in the cabin, squeaky trunk and trunk sometimes beeping and reopening when trying to close with the trunk button. Got there and some guy was very rude I explained him the noise at moderate throttle but he kept saying that full throttle means Wide open throttle. I told him of the other issues and offered to pay for the brakes as I know that they aren't under warranty. I work on cars and know what the xxxx WOT means. After the car stayed there for a few days absolutely nothing was done. They said that nothing is covered under warranty because the car was hit. Yes a minor hit to the left side that was repaired they only could tell due to the paint when removing trunk panels. I asked about the brakes and they said that they are good and he raised his hands and left. I took some wd40 and dabbed a small piece in the trunk and that fixed the squeak. I also found out that the trunk was opening back up if I stood too close with the keys in my pocket. A feature to keep you from locking your keys in the trunk. I now just keep my pocket from out of the trunk. I replaced the rotors like I asked them to do and all noise gone. Later I still called them asking about a replacement key which I have lost, stolen and damaged key coverage. After minutes on hold, their service said that they only cover damaged keys. Afte calls to lincoln, I called back with instruction on how to do their job but ended up taking it to Norm Reeves Lincoln where they aren't incompetent idiots. More

We found Caruso after recommendation from Ford! We called them and asked for our requirements. Our Dealer was “Chris(Christopher Pratt)“.
