I have a 2014 Ford Explorer which I had taken in for repairs before. I have also taken my Navigator, and 2008 Explorer for repairs and was very pleased with service. Unfortunately I am sad to report tha repairs before. I have also taken my Navigator, and 2008 Explorer for repairs and was very pleased with service. Unfortunately I am sad to report that my last 3 visits with my 2014 Explorer have been very unsatisfactory and I am very disappointed. I first took it in 6 months ago due to right side shaking when braking. I was first told it was bad tires. Replace full set of tires, still same issue. Took it back and was told it was the Rotors, they replaced them. Few weeks later the same issue. Rotors replaced again. Few weeks later the same issue. I was told they had to open a ticket with cooperate because they could not figure out why this was happening. After a few days, I was told I could pay to replace the brake calibration which from what they can tell wasn't the issue or that the problem was USER ERROR, riding the brakes or riding through large xxxxxxof water, that the vehicle was not under warranty and it's my issue. I took the vehicle to be repaired NOT FOR FREE but not to keep paying for guesses! If Caruso has top mechanics and all this equipment I feel you are people who REPAIR Fords should have and could have tried a bit harder to HELP a LOYAL customer. More
Ms Jeannette J. was a wonderful service advisor. She did all that she could and succeeded to get my repairs done under warranty. She also helped me to get Ford cover was a wonderful service advisor. She did all that she could and succeeded to get my repairs done under warranty. She also helped me to get Ford coverage for my car rental by putting me in touch with a corporate agent: Ms Brandie. My car was at Ford waiting for parts for about 8 weeks and unsafe to drive. Ms Jeannette, the Hertz Rep and the other Ford corporation agent, Ms Brsndie helped me so that my only expense was the loss and damage waiver at Hertz and the standard warranty $100. I paid about 1/5 of what it would have cost me otherwise for the car rental. The bill was in the thousands. Without Ms Jeannette's help I would have had to pay over $3000 for car repairs, plus $2000.00 for the car rental, plus the loss and damage waiver from Hertz. I paid $100 for the car repairs that she got covered under my warranty and $675 for the loss and damage waiver. I did not pay anything for my car rental. I am very pleased and blessed. More

I took my 2004 Lincoln in for service and Michael Gonzalez in service was very kind and helpful from start to finish. He gave his cell number to me and made it easy to contact and responded back if Gonzalez in service was very kind and helpful from start to finish. My coupon was for $49. 95. My bill - $14 labor, $41 parts. This does not add up. Taxes and fees were about $8. This is normal. Total charge was $63. Should have been $58. 95.
