I drove 2 hours from out of town expecting to negotiate high KBB price, but they were only willing to drop their price $150, and claimed to be making only $50 on a car that was on their lot for 10 days. You would not be able to stay in business if you were only making $200 on each car. Other than that, the car seemed to be in very good condition and the salesperson Thomas was helpful. More

Manny and Susan handle the internet sales and also the Costco membership car purchase service. Over a two month period of time, they answered all my questions patiently and quickly. The went the extra mile to find the exact car I was looking for. It was the best car buying experience that I ever have had. They were excellent, and I highly recommend working with them and Caruso Ford in the future. More

They took very good care of my family on the day we went to fill out the paperwork. Savings and rebates were great, and we felt that we saved a good amount of money. More

I have bought three Tauruses from them and I have had all of them serviced at the dealership. The salesmanship and service have remained consistently excellent. I expect a great deal from the businesses that I choose to patronize. Caruso Ford meets the standards consistently. I brought my 2003 Taurus in with undercarriage damage. Richard Canada, my service adviser, was prompt, courteous and efficient as usual. I had to leave the car overnight, and the dealership provided me with transportation home and back. I had my car back home the next afternoon. The estimate on costs had been reduced by half due diligence in repair procedures. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but Caruso Ford and its employees have always excelled at making me feel like my automotive problems are a priority. I would highly recommend a March 2017 – I was in need of a new car and found an amazing deal executed by an amazing team at Caruso Ford in Long Beach. I would highly recommend anyone needing a car, new or used, to check out Caruso Ford. I had been interested in the Ford Focus and Fusion since first seeing them on TV years ago so when my previous car was totaled in a bad storm a few weeks ago, I decided to look into getting one of those vehicles. In the end, I decided the smaller Focus with Flex Fuel was the one for me. I made use of AutoTrader.com and TrueCar.com to search for vehicles and found 3 that meet my top choice of a 2015 Candy Blue Ford Focus with low miles. Marco and I texted back and forth for a little over a week regarding the Focus on their lot and he was always pretty quick to respond which I really appreciated. After satisfying my initial questions with Marco, I decided I would like to check out their Focus in person and see about doing business with them. Of the 3 places carrying this car, Caruso was the furthest away from me and yet I was interested in checking them out so I let them know when I’d be coming in for a test drive. Thomas took care of me when I arrived and we went for a test drive together. During the test drive, I pulled over and parked and asked Thomas questions about some of the car features which he was happy to explain and demonstrate. That sealed the deal for me both on definitely wanting that car and in buying it there. When we got back to the dealership, Thomas and I went over what I was looking for payment wise and then Amir stepped in to assist with the financing. He was able to get me the financing I wanted (thanks to my good credit) and a really good deal on extra coverages for my car while still keeping my payments where I wanted them with me putting a little extra down. These guys - Marco, Thomas and Amir - were a really great team. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and capable. And they even offer you delicious flavored lattes while you’re there. ;) It was so worth the extra drive to get my car from them. I am one VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER indeed. --Michele in Van Nuys, CA More

The worst service experience I have ever had at a dealer Took my new 2016 F150 that was purchased at another dealer in for a front end alignment check. The steering wheel has been slightly off center since I Took my new 2016 F150 that was purchased at another dealer in for a front end alignment check. The steering wheel has been slightly off center since I purchased the truck and it pulls to the right. I was immediately told Ford only covers initial warranty claims once for each potential problem. I found that very strange, but none the less proceeded with my service appointment. I was informed that F150's pull to the right and that's normal. They drove the truck said the wheel was normal and my pull is from the crown in a road. I'm embarrassed for the Ford Motor Company who has built a truly World Class Truck, that they have licensed such a horrible dealership. In the Long Beach area we have several Ford dealers to choose from. They will never see me again at Caruso. More
