That statement is not entirely correct or true. By law it does not have to go to auction.. The necessary repairs can be made at the dealership and it be retitled as a Lemon vehicle and sold through the dealership at a substantial discount without going to auction. Maybe you’re not truly aware of that or maybe the owner does not want to make the necessary repairs and certify the vehicle as a Lemon to then sell it on Caruso Ford dealership lot and that is done quite a bit. That I know because I’ve dealt with Lemon Law attorneys in the past. Thank you GM

Greetings GM Mr. Mike if the Owner would be Willing to retitle that Truck as a Lemon 🍋 And sell it as is I would offer $25,000.. That’s half the value as a lemon vehicle As what it would sell for Used retail of about $49000. I think when it first got there though it had the matching front wheels on it like the rear wheels Thank you
