I’ve been trying for several months since June to inquire about a 2019 Ford F350 Dually White custom Lifted truck that Caruso Ford dealership has sitting in the far rear lot at 36th St. and industry Avenue t about a 2019 Ford F350 Dually White custom Lifted truck that Caruso Ford dealership has sitting in the far rear lot at 36th St. and industry Avenue that is beyond dirty and deteriorating. Cal License 23416V2 It appears to be a repo or a Customer turn in truck that’s going to be possibly repaired or refurbished and sold at auction or through a dealership. I’ve called no less than three times and again today October 31st and spoke to a used car salesman neither him or anybody else seems to knows anything about it and they all claim they will get back to me soon but that never happens even after an eight hour day! How do you sell vehicles if you don’t call a customer back and this has been going on since early June. I’m also going to make and forward a formal complaint with Ford motor company and see if I can get to the bottom of what is going on with this dealership and the truck I’ve inquired on four times. Maybe if the GM or the owner read this they can reach out to me with an update. I would appreciate it because the sad part of it is they don’t even know their own inventory. Every time you call and ask somebody about a used vehicle in the lot and give a description And locationthey absolutely just go blank and have no idea about the inventory and then even after 8️⃣ hours they’re not able to locate and get back to you with any Relevant or pertinent information on the vehicle inquired on.. I’ve never seen anything like it the absolute most unprofessional customer service and communication that I’ve ever dealt with. What type of incompetent Sales people are you hiring this is just absolutely unbelievable. This simple inquiry about a truck has been going on since June And we’re now going into November 1. I went ahead and forwarded this complaint to Ford motor company and will attempt to contact Ford representatives also on LinkedIn and other social media sites to resolve this Unprofessional customer service issue! #Mr.Diesel More
