I hit 100K miles on my 2009 Honda Accord and needed to get a major service. I was hesitant about going to carson honda and to be honest I only went because they had an appointment available. I tried Cerritos first. Anyway Upon arriving I did have to wait about 15 mins for someone to help me, but Angel came out and immediately he was very friendly and personable. He asked about my day and begin to inform me of all of my options for my service. He gave me a call twice to let me know about the progress of my car, and it was ready that same day! Unfortunately he was in a meeting when I arrived to pick up my car and wasnt able to speak with him. More
