Vehicle maintenance Alex Martinez helped me with my oil change. I didn't make an appointment but he did tell me there was a 3!hour wait. I said that was ok as long as som Alex Martinez helped me with my oil change. I didn't make an appointment but he did tell me there was a 3!hour wait. I said that was ok as long as some one was able to drop me off somewhere. They dropped me off at a restaurant ( gotta love Honda for that ). When I got back I was only there for like 30 minutes and Alex called me to let me know that my car was ready. He went over in extreme detail on the things my car needed, he didn't force a sale like most people at dealers do. But he did say they were Urgent. I was extremely happy with my visit and if I could give Alex 10 stars for outstanding customer service I would! More
