He led us through the sales process and with the financing arrangements. He answered all our questions about the new CRV and gave us good tips on the operation of the new model even though this would be our 4th CRV. Thanks to Carson Honda for a pleasant car shopping experience. More
Horrible service. NO INTEGRITY at all. Sold us a used car knowing that there was an issue. I guess there is a reason that Carson Honda is one of the only few Honda dealers that doesn't guarantee your sa car knowing that there was an issue. I guess there is a reason that Carson Honda is one of the only few Honda dealers that doesn't guarantee your satisfaction for 5 days after you drive off the lot even for used cars. I guess I now know why. When we took it back they didn't fix it until we had to make 2 separate trips. At that time is was "fixed to the best of their ability," not to mention that we live over 30 miles away and getting there in LA traffic isn't easy. Wouldn't recommend Carson Honda to my worse enemy. DON'T GO!! There are several other Honda dealerships that give exceptional service and have integrity. More

Had a great experience. Martha Miranda worked with me and gave me a competitive price online (versus other places that want you to come in). Tim S, the manager, worked with us in getting the clean fuel rewar gave me a competitive price online (versus other places that want you to come in). Tim S, the manager, worked with us in getting the clean fuel reward for the Honda Clarity and was really responsive. Miguel took us on a test drive and was knowledgeable on the car to point out the features. The buying process was smooth as well. More
Finance manager Gary ghuman & Joseph added a “free” alarm to my car. At first I let gary know I didn’t need the alarm but he insisted it would be free because I had a previous loan with them, so i agreed onl to my car. At first I let gary know I didn’t need the alarm but he insisted it would be free because I had a previous loan with them, so i agreed only later to find out he charged me 955$ for it. So dishonest and liars they want to feed themselves and their families by lying to customers just to mane a deal ! As I was leaving Joseph approached me saying “You got a free alarm, nice! “ little did I know he was trying to play along with Gary and scam people. Tried contacting the dealer ship and Gary refuses to answer and Tracy says nothing can be done. I will continue to leave reviews on my bad experience with Carson Honda on different dealer websites so people can be aware and stay AWAY from them. I’ll also be taking legal action against this. This is absolutely NOT okay. More
Tim the GM can’t keep their own warranty on stuff they’ve installed! Says he doesn’t have money laying around to help a customer! If you want to be belittled come to Carson Honda! If you want you be treated installed! Says he doesn’t have money laying around to help a customer! If you want to be belittled come to Carson Honda! If you want you be treated as a human go else where. They have the worse associates; oh and one of the managers named Juan will yelled at you and say it’s because there’s a three second pause according to general manager Tim. Worse place to buy anything. If they couldn’t keep their own warranty on a windshield they installed. Trust me he(Tim) doesn’t have money laying around to fix their xxxx ups. More

Beware Purchasing from Carson Honda Be careful when doing business with Carson Honda. The buying experience was pleasant enough since the salesmen pride themselves on being nice. I also Be careful when doing business with Carson Honda. The buying experience was pleasant enough since the salesmen pride themselves on being nice. I also paid a fair price for a used 2017 Honda Civic. The nightmare began when I was told I would be receiving my updated registration with stickers (they gave me a 3 month temporary license plate) along with the title within a week from the DMV. As it got closer to the 3 month mark and I had received nothing from the DMV, I got in touch with the salesman who kept reassuring me not to worry. One week before my temporary license plate expired I asked the salesman what to do if I did not receive the registration stickers because I did not want a reason to be pulled over and get a ticket. He told me, “When they look up the vin it will show the change or in process.” When I asked if I could obtain another temporary license plate he deferred and told me to call the Carson Honda DMV representative. I called multiple times and left messages with no call back. My request to speak to the manager was declined... the salesman merely told me, “Everything will be fine.” I decided to call the real DMV and was able to speak to someone after an hour on hold (they at least got back to me faster than Carson Honda). They advised me if my temporary license plate is expired then I would have reason to be pulled over. I would also be liable for any fines. I was told if I had not received my registration stickers in time then it is the dealership’s duty to resolve the issue, otherwise I could come to the DMV office. I gave all this information to the Carson Honda salesman who told me he would, “go figure this out right now.” Of course I never got a response. I walked in to the DMV on a Saturday morning the day after my temporary plate expired and spent the entire morning there. It turns out that Carson Honda had made multiple mistakes when putting in my information into the DMV website, even with the information being correct on my paperwork. I still plan to buy Hondas in the future, just not from Carson Honda. Once you drive your car off the lot they are extremely unhelpful and give you incorrect information. They also make a lot of paperwork errors. More
Worse service advisor ever Do not have Javier as your advisor. He’s inconsiderate and incompetent to be an advisor. I dropped off my car at Carson Honda service for check engine Do not have Javier as your advisor. He’s inconsiderate and incompetent to be an advisor. I dropped off my car at Carson Honda service for check engine light service on Saturday morning, no call from Javier whatsoever until I called him and left a message before the shop was closing. He called back saying the part coming in on the following Tuesday and it’s too late to get a loaner car. That’s the only time I ever heard from him. Of course, my car wasn’t ready on Tuesday because I called and found out it’s his day off. No call on Wednesday! I had to call Carson Honda again on Thursday to find out my car was ready for pickup. It turned out my car was Fixed and ready for pickup on Wednesday. What a horrible experience I had with this advisor! More
Worst Experience in Purchase Ever! My partner and I went to your Carson Honda location and she is now financing a 2019 Honda Fit LX as of Monday, September 2, 2019. We arrived around 5 My partner and I went to your Carson Honda location and she is now financing a 2019 Honda Fit LX as of Monday, September 2, 2019. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and did not leave until 10:30 pm. . We were greeted by Mr. Juan Deloa who showed us the vehicle. After a test drive we sat down to do a soft credit check and run some numbers.Mr. Deloa came back with payments that were out of our budget and asked what are budget was and we told him closer to $300/month was more feasible. He excused himself and came back with $347/month for 72 months, which included the extended warranty, GAP, and alarm. We asked for those items to be removed, which brought the payments down to $320, which he believed was do-able if we "skipped a few Starbucks lattes." It was nearly 10:30 p.m. by the time we were introduced to Mr. Luis Razo in finance. After brief introductions he said, “So we currently have a payment at $320.” He then tried to sell us the GAP and extended warranty, which we were expecting. We told him that it was beyond our limit and he acted as though he was sympathetic. He offered, “GAP insurance at another $8 which would put you at $328.” I emphasized how we couldn’t afford anymore and he said, “What if I can do help you out and do $325 for both the extended warranty and the GAP?” He said that if I was a member of Costco that it would be an incentive to do that. It sounded like it was $5 more a month for both items, so who would pass on that? He said to give him a few minutes to talk to his manager. He came back and said his manager was already gone for the day, so he was going to do it and take the heat from him the next day if he had to for approving this great deal. Paperwork was signed for the vehicle and then a bunch of electronic signatures that did not have anything on the screen but the box to sign. His computer monitors were not visible to us when we did this. Then he printed the contract and promptly went to make copies of everything. Mr. Razo put everything in an envelope without showing us and asked Mr. Deloa to escort us to the car. Both my partner and I were not thinking straight and Mr. Razo took advantage of this. We were exhausted from the hours of waiting so our thoughts were on sleep and the work week ahead. Yes, it was our mistake that we did not ask him to review with us the entire contract in detail, but shouldn’t that be a standard? Or is this the Honda way? Yes, it was also our mistake that we did not pull out our calculators, but is blatantly lying to customers the Honda way? We got home but something did not seem right , so I reviewed the contract. On the pre-disclosure form it clearly read that my partner’s monthly payments were in fact that if $269.19, not the $320 that we were told from the very beginning . Besides that he charged us $2000 and $1234, for the Extended Warranty and GAP insurance, respectively. That is well over the $5 extra a month on the 72 month loan. This document was never shown to us and it was never signed. We contacted both Mr. Deloa and Mr. Ruiz that night via email but never got a reply as of yet. We were told by another finance manager to contact Ms. Tracey Kesterman, who handled the “Flat Cancel” process. My partner immediately e-mailed Ms. Kesterman when we got home. We did not hear from Ms. Kesterman until the next day at 11:44 a.m., after my partner emailed her again trying to confirm the receipt of the email last night, and she informed us that the loan was already funded and couldn’t be canceled. She could only offer for us to go into the dealership and ask to cancel the two products. We went back that evening and canceled the products. We were disrespected and lied to utilizing sleazy tactics from the very start of the process. Told that payments would be that of $320 when in fact they were $269.19. We were ignored and not helped when this was discovered, making me believe that this has been done in the past but no one cares. I say if you have your contract look for the pre-disclosure form and see if you weren't also taken advantage of and if you have -- say something. Car buying has always been detestable but after this experience the car vending machines is probably the way to go. More
