Not including roughly 12 overnight hours where the business was closed, in just 8-9 hours TJ, and Kevin (their finance guru), had me driving away done deal. Best car purchase experience I've had in years! I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Carriage traders in South Glens Falls recently. My daughter was home from college for Thanks I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Carriage traders in South Glens Falls recently. My daughter was home from college for Thanksgiving break and her old hand-me-down car she'd been been driving for several years finally gave up and died. We needed to find a car quickly, because she was going back to school in 3 days. When we got there Joe bovair took us to his desk and after asking her a few select questions, he was able to narrow down the entire lot to a small handful of cars he thought would fit her well. Boy was he right! She loved two of them but ultimately decided on a little red hyundai Accent that was perfect for her. After that, we negotiated a VERY fair price, whipped through the paperwork, and drove off the lot that same afternoon. Couldn't have been a better experience, and we couldn't be happier! I also have to mention how smoothly Kevin made the financial stuff go. He quickly got us a great rate, and walked us through the details quickly, but clearly, so we knew what we were signing and made that part as painless as possible. Thanks again to Joe, Kevin and Carriage Traders for helping my daughter get into a car she can take back and forth to college SAFELY for the next several years. More
