Went first on a saturday to apply for loan got approved but only for one car?? Car was owned by older woman who was a non smoker. Looked at car in dim garage looked okay. Came back 2 days later to test drive in am opened door and smell knocked me off my feet. Carpets which were supposed to be gray were brown with filth(this was even after detailing) and all seats in car had big burn holes. Tires were close to bald and other misc. plastic was broke. Byrny told us on saturday interior was mint. Then after the smelliest test drive ever I told Byrny that the price for Kelly Blue Book was less than they were giving it to us for in excellent condition and this car was fair at best. He threw his hands up and said we were done. He didnt make the price the program that we were enrolling in set the price.(so the bank that doesn't own the car tells them the price they sell their cars for,BS)Con artist. Because we didnt have perfect credit we were supposed to pay more than the car was worth and we didnt get to choose a car because the bank picked that for us to. I may not have good credit but i'm not dumb the bank doesnt make money off the car they make money off the interest The dealer sets the price the bank then pays them up front. INSULTING GO THERE AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Everything started out well at Carriage Traders. Our salesman, Kyle, was helpful and Chris the sales manager was great. However, the business manager was a jerk. He made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience on his day and would not look us in the eye when talking to us. Our deal did not end up going through because the business m...anager said there was absolutely no way we could get financed for the car with another car loan already established. We called Carriage Traders later to ask them if we came in with the cash for the car what the price would be. The price went up significantly and the salesman informed us that they "move on pretty quickly." I am glad we did not get financed because we went to Nemer Dodge the next day and had NO PROBLEM getting financed for a great car! Almost a week later, Carriage Traders called to ask how our experience was. When told the experience was horrible and we would never return, the caller asked why? Partway through the explanation of why it was horrible, he hung up. We are sorry we wasted FIVE HOURS at Carriage Traders when we should have just gone somewhere else to begin with! Word of advice--don't go to Carriage Traders!! More

I recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Durango which I so desperately needed because of the amount of kids I have. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted with kindness from the Sales Manager K desperately needed because of the amount of kids I have. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted with kindness from the Sales Manager Kris and he directed me to a salesman who was seated next to him. I knew what I was looking for and the salesman did not try to get me into a different vehicle or a more expensive one. I have bought many vehicles in the past and have never been treated so kindly as I was with Kris and Shawn. I would definately buy another vehicle from them and would recommend them to anyone. More

We went to look at smalls cars and left a deposit on a Saturn she fell in love with and were set to pick it up the following week. The afternoon before she got a call from the salesman who told her that the bank would not approve us for the loan on that car but he had a Chevy trailblazer that was more money but had a bigger book value and we would be able to pick it up that afternoon. Yes were adults and could have shopped around more or just said no so I cannot complain too much about the sales department except for the fact that the following weekend they had the same truck a year newer with 6k less miles on it for $900.00 less advertised in the local paper. After 3 weeks the check engine light came on and wouldn't go off. Enter Armand. This had to be the nastiest individual walking the planet. On a Wednesday he promised us the truck back the same day. Then we were told Thursday, Friday and then Monday. If they couldn't figure it out he said he would send it to Chevy on Tuesday. Once a day @ 4pm when I got out of work I'd call to check. I was repeatedly barked at with "I told you if their was any news I'll call you" The truck was picked up 2weeks to the day with the light on and was told to drive it 100 miles and it should reset itself. No such luck so again it was returned and we received the same bad attitude and snippy response that it's not his problem it's Chevy's. He said he would send it back the next morning and call. The truck laid there for 7straight days until it finally left and came back 4days after that fixed. Promised a loaner car from Mr.Erceg in sales but never got one threw out the whole process no matte how much we tried. Vehicles new or used break down but whats the value f a shop that cant get a check engine light off in that length of time? Even if they are incompetent or unqualified they can still be somewhat pleasant and sympathetic. I am not even getting into the fact that my mechanic said the tires on the truck should have never passed inspection and was told by Armand he would keep his eye out for a good set of used tires. I guess i the mean time it's our problem. More
