Everytime I bring my vehicle i mentioned the other issues im having besides an oil change. These other issues are later to be resolved at another time rather on the same visit. Take younger kids make them sales people and teach them how to lie,and be deceitful?? And when you call them out the boss gives them more xx to cover up more xx. Really you think All car dealers operated that way ,that's not an answer, I think they call that gaslighting in my world, good luck in the future you have a nice product 😉 don't screw it up intentionally and not even know why !.
