The purchasing experience was very pleasant. Far from what some might expect when buying a vehicle. Stew Whitman was at the dealership on time and greeted me at the front door. There was literally no pressure applied for added purchases or extras. I requested a discount on one of the vehicle options and Andrew gave the approval without hesitation. The dealership met my credit union’s loan rate and made the negotiation quick and painless. Carr made sure my truck was washed and fueled up at no charge. Stew was personable and took the time to get to know me. He even contacted me the following day to see how I was enjoying my new Sierra Denali - of course I was out driving it! High pressure, all about the sales, tried to low ball on trade in by 8k. When I was walking away, they agreed on my trade in price which was KBB and NADA trade in value. I signed a form for 72 months, cou trade in by 8k. When I was walking away, they agreed on my trade in price which was KBB and NADA trade in value. I signed a form for 72 months, couldnt get the truck for a couple days and they said that was OK then it was pressure at that point. I went back in, signed another form, went to contract and they had already written in gap insurance and a service contract. I didnt catch this because they also bumped up my payments by 12 more months. These people are sneaky and aggressive. I like the truck but wouldnt recommend this company at all. Look closely at everything because they have zero integrity and will just slide things in. Very 82nd and mcglaughlin car lot experience here More

Really you think All car dealers operated that way ,that's not an answer, I think they call that gaslighting in my world, good luck in the future you have a nice product 😉 don't screw it up intentionally and not even know why !.
