The experience I got here was not what I was expecting. I have purchased 5 brand new Toyota in last 7 years never felt pressured. Here was different pressure to sell sell sell. No discounts sucks. Also fuel tank was not filled up some xx about oh we don’t get reimbursement from gm so we don’t fill. Scratches on the Cadillac Escalade and dents where promised to be fixed and paint will get touch ups 4 days after purchase “we will call you and set up” been over 2 weeks no calls or anything. Sales guy James was fantastic knows his stuff and super nice guy! Both of the managers need more training and better customer service. And when someone buys a car why not just fill it up you guys are going to make money on the car and interest. If it wasn’t for James I would have the worst experience ever he make it fun and smooth. Also I put the vehicle information in the pre trad in but the manager said we can’t pay that and offered way less so that was disappointing. More

The service was fine, process was relatively strait forward. Low balled me on my trade in, and had to haggle, manager said he could only list it at x they ended up listing it 4K over the price he told forward.
