We were quickly greeted by Frank who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He wasn't pushy and understood when our initial visit didn't result in a purchase because your current inventory didn't i friendly and professional. Frank followed up in less than a week when a vehicle came in that was very close to what we were looking for and that call resulted in our purchase. We have never owned a Chrysler product but have always "bought American" with most of our purchases being GM vehicles. We were very happy with the sales, customer service and financial aspects of the purchase. Of course we would always prefer to pay less than we did but we do feel that the offer was fair and the amount we received for our trade was fair. Buying a car can be a very painful process. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Frank is a gentleman who makes one feel that that she/he is in an honest store which only gives fair deals.
