My wife informed me her "engine" light was on, and she called the dealer to set up an appointment. We took her Journey in for service today and spoke with Pat Rauso at the Service Desk. Pat promi and she called the dealer to set up an appointment. We took her Journey in for service today and spoke with Pat Rauso at the Service Desk. Pat promised me they would get on it and call me as soon as he knew something. I also asked that they rotate her tires. I was called by Pat approximately 2 hours later informing me the "engine light" problem was fixed (and what the problem was), the tires were rotated and the car was ready for pick-up. We appreciate the responsiveness and how Pat delivered on what he promised. We always have a great experience at Carman, and it is nice to know we can get our vehicles serviced in a timely, courteous and friendly manner. More

Al Grandell could not have been more friendly. From the moment I stepped on the lot I never felt pressured to look at or buy anything. I simply explained my situation and where I needed to be and Al gave m moment I stepped on the lot I never felt pressured to look at or buy anything. I simply explained my situation and where I needed to be and Al gave me a straight forward answer that made car buying a pleasure. He simply said, " Lets step up to the plate and swing the bat and see what happens." Well, what happened was he was able to put me right where I needed to be in a matter of minutes. There was no hassle, no haggle, just straight to the point business that I really appreciated. up until I left the dealer with my 2008 for f-150 I was very pleased. they were very friendly and courteous. A day later I noticed some things wrong with the truck so I took it to my trusted mechanic. very pleased. they were very friendly and courteous. A day later I noticed some things wrong with the truck so I took it to my trusted mechanic. After 3 hours of going over the truck with a fine tooth comb I got the news. It was going to cost me one thousand five hundred dollars for several things including all new brakes that the mechanic showed me up close, they were in bad shape. The transmission would slip into and out of third gear and the seal around the drivers side door that keeps the wind and rain out was half gone. My question is why did carman ford not find theses major problems and fix them before selling me this vehicle? My fault is that I bought this vehicle "as is no warranty" never again and never carman. More
