I was very fortunate to talk with John the first time I called the dealership looking for a 1998-2001 Jeep Cherokee xj. John took the time to go out into the lot and look for a jeep even though he did not called the dealership looking for a 1998-2001 Jeep Cherokee xj. John took the time to go out into the lot and look for a jeep even though he did not think there was one. Even though the first two jeeps he told me about were not he correct type, he thought of me when a woman brought her 2000 Jeep Cherokee xj in to trade. I later found out that several people at the dealership were interested in purchasing the jeep for their family members. If John had not called me while the woman was still at the dealer, I honestly do not think that I would be driving it today. I also spent a while simply talking with John, finding out that we had a lot in common. I honestly feel that John could be a person I stay in touch with even if I do not take my Jeep back to the dealer for work. It was a pleasure meeting him and Bob, the general Manager. They worked with me to trade my 2011 Kia soul in for the jeep and I love it! More

Quick, friendly,full of knowledge service person. Mr. Webb did a fine job! He said my repair should take about 4 hours and he even offered me a ride home or a rental?? That crazy good service! (Kim Demelo) exceed any car sales associate that I have encounter in years.. She was very willing to answer any questions that I had.. Also she was avaliable to research any additional information I need t encounter in years.. She was very willing to answer any questions that I had.. We had a great experience with Carmann Fiat, and Jay Van Helten in particular. We had been shopping around various dealerships in search of a stylish car with great fuel economy. We were literaly shocked at Helten in particular. We had been shopping around various dealerships in search of a stylish car with great fuel economy.
