Quick, friendly,full of knowledge service person. Mr. Webb did a fine job! He said my repair should take about 4 hours and he even offered me a ride home or a rental?? That crazy good service! My wife informed me her "engine" light was on, and she called the dealer to set up an appointment. We took her Journey in for service today and spoke with Pat Rauso at the Service Desk. Pat promi and she called the dealer to set up an appointment. We took her Journey in for service today and spoke with Pat Rauso at the Service Desk. Pat promised me they would get on it and call me as soon as he knew something. I also asked that they rotate her tires. I was called by Pat approximately 2 hours later informing me the "engine light" problem was fixed (and what the problem was), the tires were rotated and the car was ready for pick-up. We appreciate the responsiveness and how Pat delivered on what he promised. We always have a great experience at Carman, and it is nice to know we can get our vehicles serviced in a timely, courteous and friendly manner. More
