I was dreading going into the dealer all day to look at a few new cars. I just didn't feel like dealing with the pressure sales and the hounding of salesman. Well, once I got the Carman Dodge I encountered t few new cars. I just didn't feel like dealing with the pressure sales and the hounding of salesman. Well, once I got the Carman Dodge I encountered the exact opposite. No pressure, no hounding salesman. All I received was friendly, knowledgeable service from beginning to end. Scott and Robert were AWESOME!!! Even after the complete of the sale I ended up sitting around with them for another 40 minutes talking about everything but the new Jeep Cherokee I just bought. I will definitely be back to see them again when it comes time to buy my next car. More

I entered the Dealership with the expectation of getting back into a Truck, the Sales Consultant, Dave was very knowledgable with the product and was able to provide all other considerations related to opti back into a Truck, the Sales Consultant, Dave was very knowledgable with the product and was able to provide all other considerations related to options before I settled on the Truck I wanted. I worked through USAA and found he was very familiar with their service. Dave was non-pressuring but at the same time offered great communication, and he was available when he was not on site. As soon as I pulled up to the dealership and started looking at the new Jeep Cherokee's, Frank came over and greeted me, I told him I was interested in taking the new Jeep for a test drive, he proceeded looking at the new Jeep Cherokee's, Frank came over and greeted me, I told him I was interested in taking the new Jeep for a test drive, he proceeded to take my license to make a copy and when he came back showed me everything the Jeep had to offer and told me to take a test drive to see how much I like it. After coming back, we then did the paperwork to see what my payment would be, Frank was very helpful, because at first I wasn't sure if I would like the color and my heart was set on the Granite Color, the true blue grew on me, Frank even offered to order the color I wanted, but I loved the one that I drove. This is the first time that I owned a V6, so I know I will love this vehicle. Frank worked his butt off, my husband and I at first didn't like the payments so we make him and Robert work for it. Frank even stayed late because the dealership closed at 5pm and we were there well after 6. After closing the deal, he told us to go to the gas station so we could fill the new Jeep up and while there, he spent another good 20 minutes explaining the radio and all the controls.
