I ended up working with Mike Brooks who was absolutely fantastic. He was not the stereotypical "pushy car salesman". Mike was truly wonderful, his ease and friendliness eased the situation and did not make it overwhelming or intimidating. He did not call me every single day asking for an update or pressuring me, he took the time it required to go through the process. Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all questions I had. He worked diligently to ensure that a vehicle was found that had all of the bells and whistles that we wanted for my jeep as well as the requirements my parents held. He went the extra mile to stay in communication with myself and my dad who was part of the deal as well. We also worked with Joe who was the General Manager (can't remember his last name, sorry Joe!) He too went, the extra mile to make sure a Jeep was found that met all our requirements. I was fortunate to drive away with a brand new Jeep Cherokee. This was a pleasant experience and I'm extremely lucky to have been able to work with Mike. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and come back in the future. More

Al Grandell, our sales consultant there was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood our needs and what we were looking for. We ended up buying a new Jeep Cherokee. From Joe Triboletti, the General Manager who also helped with the best deal/rate, Al Grandell, along with the Finance associate, my wife and I (we have bought a lot of vehicles through the years) looked at each other before we left and said WOW, this has been the easiest and most pleasant buying experience ever! Great Buying Experience I had been searching for Chrysler 200 Convertible for my Mother-in-Law for the last couple of weeks. I found one on Carman's website and stopped by t I had been searching for Chrysler 200 Convertible for my Mother-in-Law for the last couple of weeks. I found one on Carman's website and stopped by to see it in person. I was greeted in the lot by Paul who was very personable and had extensive knowledge of the car. I was impressed on how clean and good shape the car was in but I unfortunately forgot my license so Paul agreed to take me for a ride in the car. After the test drive, Paul introduced me to Dave T who thanked me for stopping in and told me to let him know if there was anything I needed and to let him know what I felt was a fair number for the car. I left the dealership can discussed the car with my Mother-in-Law and she was definitely interested. I emailed Paul that evening with what I felt was a fair number and to my surprise he emailed me back that they acccepted my offer. Three days later, I took my Mother-in-Law to the dealership to see the car and she fell in love. She took it for a test drive, came back and signed the papers and was on her way. I would definitely recommend Carman and would definitely recommend dealing with Paul and Dave. Thanks guys for all of your help! More

Paul Lukens helped us to get into that Jeep and made our experience great. He was very east to talk to and remembered what my wife and I were looking for. Paul was persistent with us when we left the first time to think it over, but not too persistent that he annoyed us away. I felt like he and Joe tried to find a good balance with our trade in and getting us the best deal possible. Overall everyone was great but Paul really made our experience great. It will make it even better when we are sitting on the beach this summer with our Jeep nearby instead of having to cart our 3 kids and beach gear several blocks in the blistering heat!
