Friendliest Customer Service From Service Managers I have been taking my Jeep Cherokee here for 8 years. I couldn't ask for friendlier Service Managers. No matter the issue, non-issue, time, day, or I have been taking my Jeep Cherokee here for 8 years. I couldn't ask for friendlier Service Managers. No matter the issue, non-issue, time, day, or customer - Tony and Dave are beyond friendly and helpful. I have witnessed them interact with irate and rude customers, and they don't falter from their positive manner. They answer the phone and respond in person with the same level of professionalism and happiness. Great Dealership & Great Salesman My car was on its last leg and I always wanted a Jeep so I rolled into the dealership as my car was dying. Bennett Merritt was great! I knew exactly what I wanted, he did point out some other cars that had more bells and whistles than what I was looking for as we walked to the car I wanted. We took it for a test drive and were writing up the sale shortly thereafter. The owner/manager and finance guy were all very helpful as well. I knocked a star off the price category because I did end up paying slightly more than I had wanted to, but I didn't really have the time to negotiate because I knew the car I had wasn't going to get me home and to another dealer the next day, plus I really wanted a Jeep and Carman was the only dealer in the area with anything in stock even close to what I wanted to pay. . There was no high pressure sales pitches for clear coating or extended warranties. The finance guy ran through the options and what each covered (less than 2 minutes) and when I declined he said "ok" and we moved on to the next thing. More

Leasing a Jeep Wrangler I was dreading the experience since I usually lease my cars from a personal friend who makes the experience much less stressful than it can normally b I was dreading the experience since I usually lease my cars from a personal friend who makes the experience much less stressful than it can normally be. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the experience with Justin. There was no hard sell. He knew we didn't want to haggle and he knew what we were prepared to spend and what we had come in looking for (a $329 lease with $0 down). We did end up spending more than the $329/month but that was because my husband fell in love with the upgraded tires and rims and had to have them. I will now be adding Justin and Carman to my list of salespeople and dealerships (which is VERY limited) who I recommend to my friends. Kudos to Carman! They lived up to their reputation which is well deserved! I would definitely come back again! More
