Bob was not flexible and didn't seem to care about us as customers and didn't really go the extra mile for us. There were opportunities for him to "wow" us but he chose not to do that. There were no high pressure sales pitches or gimmicks, just straight facts on the vehicles and very clear pricing. I was very specific about the vehicle I wanted and Anthony worked hard until he found the perfect one for me. I walked away happy with my vehicle and was able to stick to my budget. I took all of Matt Sherman’s time while deciding what 2015 Jeep Cherokee I wanted to purchase. We were in there multiple times a week and he was so patient and helpful. I’m pretty sure we were there over 3 hours each time trying to make something work. He really took the time to find me what I wanted and get me the best deal possible. Between myself and my father, we had a lot of questions and he really broke everything down for us to understand. Before stepping foot into this dealership I went to many others and the level of service is not comparable. I did a lot of research to find the best prices on a Jeep in the tri-state area and they had it covered. From the deal on the car to the exceptional service, it was great! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to buy something I didn’t want. The whole team at Carmen was extremely kind. I would recommend anyone looking into buying a new vehicle speak with them first! More
