Hands down the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had, and I have worked at another car dealership for 15 years! Dave knows his stuff when it comes to trucks. He is a no nonsense, straight shooter, with the clients best interest in mind. Both he, and Bob Weiss, were very helpful and got me in and out quickly, and pain free. It is great to not have to spend an entire day in the dealership with a salesman running back and forth to the manager over and over again. They were fair in valuing my trade, and discounting their vehicle. John Mayberry was great to deal with in finance as well. Everyone was great to my nine year old daughter, who got a candy bar out of the deal from Bob! I would recommend this team to anyone looking for an easy, no nonsense, transaction that will have you driving off happy. More

Never pushy, he always listened to our questions completely and then gave us precisely the information we were looking for. We are now very close to buying our next car and even though we did not even consider a Fiat in our short list, it is now at the top of the list. When walking up to the entrance, Paul immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and asked how he could assist us. After explaining our interests in purchasing a new vehicle, he took a large amount out of his time to help us with our every question. When looking for a new car, one wants to find the best price, so after receiving a bottom line number, my father and I made our way to the next stop. That did not last two long, neither did the one after that. We found ourselves running right back to Carman, not only because of the best deal, but for the overall customer service, honesty, patience, and integrity Paul displayed. Out of all the salesman we encountered during this adventure, Paul was top notch. He enabled me to be able to find and afford a vehicle that I have been wanting for a very long time.
