We went in to lease a 2016 Ram 1500 Sport Stinger Limited Ed We were looking for a very specific vehicle, 2016 Ram 1500 Sport Limited Edition Stinger Package. We saw the vehicle on their website, and asked a que We were looking for a very specific vehicle, 2016 Ram 1500 Sport Limited Edition Stinger Package. We saw the vehicle on their website, and asked a question of Heather, the internet salesperson that popped up. She went sooo far out of her way to answer our questions, switching to a phone call, and understood our needs. She looked up current rebates and promotions on our selected vehicle, as well as 2 other possible choices. Her attitude & professionalism is the SOLE reason we drove to this dealer, rather than one with the same vehicle that was more conveniently located. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mike, who had a great attitude-couldn't ask for a better salesperson! He understood what we wanted to do with our trade, went on a test drive, sat down and did the paperwork. Calm, relaxed, no pressure-the best experience we have ever had for any purchase (and we have had many!). Will even be going out of our way to have the service done here-they deserve the business and to us, it is worth it to be treated this way! In addition, the sales manager and finance manager were equally as pleasant to deal with. *Note to other Jeep dealers we visited, but did not buy from; because, they did not bother to acknowledge our existance, ( OURISMAN Jeep Bowie Md. you cannot pre-qualify people based on appearance). We knew we were going to purchase a car but we were not sure about the model or even if it was going to be with Chrysler. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. A very friendly person! He answered all our questions and when we left I knew we would return. We came back the next day and purchased a beautiful Jeep. The birthday gift I wanted but had no ideal I was going to get. We saw online that Carman had a couple 2500 longbed versions on the lot. After meeting Dave Stellar and taking a test drive we determined that the truck they had wasn't equipped exactly the way we wanted it to be. We sat with Dave and he found a truck at another dealer that had what we were looking for and a little more. We were able to pick the truck up two days. The buying process was no pressure, no haggling and went very smoothly. More

The BEST dealer in Delaware! I am the President of the New Castle Hundred Lions Club Foundation in New Castle, DE. Carman Fiat has been a sponsor of our annual Art on the Green f I am the President of the New Castle Hundred Lions Club Foundation in New Castle, DE. Carman Fiat has been a sponsor of our annual Art on the Green for the past couple of years. Every September, I visit their booth and their representatives are always so friendly and courteous. After doing some research and seeing the high safety ratings of the new Fiat 500x, I decided to go in and test drive one. Jeremy Myers and I went out for a drive and he and Tom Windett could not have been more accommodating. It was late in the evening, and I was just not sure if I wanted to buy or not. Two days later, I emailed Tom with an offer and his response was prompt and positive. He invited me back to the studio to do the deal. The paperwork was easy, the deal was without pressure, and Josh Lukens offered some advice on the glass coating process. The entire buying process at Carman Fiat was the best experience I have had in the 20+ years that I have been buying automobiles. If you walk into this dealership, you will have a great experience. Whether you buy a car or not, you will get as much information as you want, and you will never feel any pressure from these guys. They are true consultants, not your typical car salesmen.
