I have never been treated so poorly from a company I had recently purchased a car from. Because of their incompetence, I was put into an awful situation that should have never happened. Their lack of knowledge and organization was blamed on me. In reality they made the mistake and instead of owning up to it, they decided to try to put the blame on me. On the day of my first personal purchase, but the second car I have ever bought from this dealer all of my fears were settled by two gentlemen, Dave and Bob. To start, Bob made sure that I was getting an affordable car that was also giving me the most for what I was paying for. I felt no pressure working with him! Soon afterward I had the opportunity to work with Dave who made sure my paperwork was done correctly and did not skip a beat on telling me everything I needed to know about my new car. At the end of my experience I walked off a happy car owner of a 2016 Dodge Dart GT. I will always come back here to buy cars from Dave and Bob!
