I bent a rim hitting a I have never taken my 2012 Fiat 500C Pop anywhere else. Tony is extremely knowledgeable an has never tried to 'up the price.' I bent a rim hitting a pot hole last year. Tony made and appointment for me the next day on my lunch hour. I took it in and within 15 minutes I had a new rim! I thought it would cost a fortune but I was wrong. Including the new hub cap, I paid less than $65 dollars. When I took it in for a burnt out headlight, I was done in less than 10 minutes. I see how busy they are and expect to wait a long time for my car to be serviced but I have been pleasantly surprised at how quick things move. About a month ago my car would not start. I call Tony and he said if I could get a jump to bring it right into the shop. The way I was parked at work it would be impossible to jump it. Tony was such a big help and gave me the number to the Fiat Road Service who was going to tow it in for me for free. When they got to my work, the driver confirmed it was my battery, took out his battery box and it started. I immediately took it to Carman and Tony ran a full scan of the engine to be 100% sure nothing else was wrong. He came in and told me the scan could take up to 30-45 minutes. It was done within 30 minutes and my new battery was installed. The entire wait time was about 40 minutes. I won't ever take my Fiat any where else. Tony and the team are the best I've ever dealt with. Quick to schedule appointments, they work around my schedule, stay late to finish a job, open late some days. What more could I ask for? Love Carman service! Keep up the good work, I'll be in soon for my oil change! More

We thought we knew the Jeep that we wanted but after speaking to our salesman Justin Goertz, he informed us that he had a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the altitude package and got it down to less then what we were expecting. I stopped by a couple days later to have something added to our package and was immediately greeted by the GM Joe Triboletti. Not only did he have what I wanted immediately added, he made sure that i was 110% satisfied with my purchase. He even found an extra rebate we qualified that made our payment go DOWN! I've never been so happy with a dealership!! More

Caveat Emptor Verbally promised splash guards....Drove 2 hours........No deal (Thanks Dave). Beware of proper oil being used, as manual for Ram 1500 calls for 5w-20. They used 5w-30......at least twice in 11,000 miles. Leaves me curious as to the credentialing of service department staff. I bought it because I liked the truck, but it was only a "fair" price. There are also concerns by my current PA Dodge dealer as to whether or not a recall was handled properly since the horn does not work most of the times it is pressed. The questionable recall servicing was completed by Carman. Also, it took me 5 minutes to write a $22,000 check, 1 day for it to clear and about a month for me to get the title sent to me in Pennsylvania. This, in my opinion, calls to question the financial stability of an organization. More
