He was helpful, cheerful and don't believe his smile ever left his face. Erwin worked very hard to get me a wonderful deal, not only on my trade in, but with the financing! My payments were lower than expected as was my interest rate! This was all because of Erwin's hard work. He was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and took the time to show me all the new features I would be getting with my new car. When we went to pick up the car, Erwin was extremely organized, explained what each paper was that we were signing and why and we were in and out of the dealership in little over an hour.
