Crooked Stay Away !!! Last week I got a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2017 only one week later I had a problem in the master cylinder while I was driving. I got stuck with my fam Last week I got a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2017 only one week later I had a problem in the master cylinder while I was driving. I got stuck with my family in the middle of the road and I called the dealership and they said I have to CALL CHRYSLER and that it will take 2 hours for the towing car to arrive. After 4 hours I had to call a private towing car and got the car towed with my expenses. When I finally got to the dealership it was already 9 pm, I dropped off the car and I had to wait for someone to come and pick me up. Next day, I called the dealership and spoke with the GM, Joseph Triboletti, and he said that the BRAND NEW car needs a week to be fixed and he gave me a rental car for ONE DAY and told me to CALL CHRYSLER to give me a rental car for the remaining days or get it from my pocket. I called Chrysler and they said they would call the dealership and call me back; two hours later they called me and told me that the dealership will give me a rental car until my car gets fixed. After a whole week, I went to the dealership to get my car and I saw all my cars parts disconnected and I was told that it would take two more days. I even spoke with one of the dealership mechanics and he told me that the car has a factory defect and that they would replace the whole master cylinder and see if it is going to work. Meantime, I talked with the GM again and he refused to take the responsibility and kept saying that I have to contact Chrysler and there is nothing that he can do. In short, the GM, Joseph Triboletti, did not solve the problem proficiently and kept saying that it is not his problem and I have to CALL CHRYSLER. STAY AWAY, once you sign all the papers these people do NOT care about any further issues. More

His straightforward and thorough explanation and resolution of any issues I've encountered is why I still find it difficult to trade my Charger in. I thought that I simply wasn't rea To start, I absolutely had no intention of buying a newer car than what I had – a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 automatic. I thought that I simply wasn't ready for such a big step. However, I stumbled upon a couple second-hand FIAT 500 models (I had always wanted a Cinquecento, so it was gonna happen sooner or later) and finally paid Carman FIAT a visit in January 2017. I had first met with Jeff Brittingham, who would come to take me on a test drive of the two cars – a white 500 Pop with almost 17,000 miles and a grey 500 Turbo with over 40,000 miles. After Jeff got to know my preferences (low monthly payments, low fuel bills, etc.), he and I agreed on the 500 Pop being my ideal car. Now, I thought I wasn't ready for the car until after the test drive, when I spoke with both him and Erwin Lee, who put together a very reasonable deal for the car and even help me get over the fears I had with buying cars (this was my first car purchase ever). I was highly unsure of how I was gonna get the car home after the deal had been set. However, Dan Giacchino and Brian Bingham helped me get both my new car and my old car home. Everyone involved has made my first car buying experience a pleasure and I certainly will be coming back there for another FIAT car in the near future! More
