This Dealer not desperate to force sale of cars on buyers. Dealer understood "my terms" and agreed to clearly explain their terms. Jeep Grand Cherokee I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had my previous car for 12 years. Wow the changes in the new vehicles! The technology is amazing I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had my previous car for 12 years. Wow the changes in the new vehicles! The technology is amazing! My salesperson, Charlie was very versed in the vehicle and all the bells and whistles. Being that I had my vehicle so long I wanted the opportunity to take the car home to drive alone and make a final decision. Charlie and the team at Carman made that happen for me. At no time (during my 3 visits) was anyone pushy. I did visit several other brands and dealerships throughout my purchase experience. I rated the quality of work at good as I would attribute that to the Service Department which I have not yet experienced. More
