They gave us a positive look at the situation from the beginning and told us they would do what ever they could and they stuck to their word. I would recommend this dealer to everyone as they are very friendly and welcoming do not only the buyers looking for vehicles but to their kids as well. Be Honest what happen to being honest to one another!!! Don't trick people in buying so your commission will be higher than you advise the financing guy what was told to you from the sales rep. OH HE DON'T REMEMBER SAYING THAT SO I SAID NOBODY PULLS NUMBERS FROM THEIR HEAD I asked the Sales rep O I didn't say that or I don't remember exactly what was said you advised me and my husband. I don't like liars that is NOT the way you handle business. I read the reviews and yes I'll be the best too when you CON people out of their money to make your pockets heavier. Pissed!!!! LYING is not acceptable So PLEASE PEOPLE WHEN YOU GO TO CARMEN JEEP please pay close attention scanners. My salesperson was Justin and he was engaged in all I was discussing, helping me where it was needed, or explaining carefully when I was either asking a bit too much or getting lost in what I was saying (yes, it happened). We bought a used T&C and there were a couple things that did need some follow up and the availability of a set of an item put Justin in a bit of a bind - which I understood - but Justin saw it all the way through and got it taken care of. So far, almost a month-and-a-half later, we are still very happy. Thank you! More
Disrespectful management Bob is a very disrespectful manager. I was dealing with this dealership since April, looking for a brand new Jeep. Every time I came in, Bob would nev Bob is a very disrespectful manager. I was dealing with this dealership since April, looking for a brand new Jeep. Every time I came in, Bob would never be pleasant, or even give us the time of day to talk numbers. He wouldn't even look us in the eye, or be nice with his conversations. He would abruptly hang up the phone on me several times, without even a "goodbye" or "have a nice day." He was always brought over after we spent hours at a time there, to basically belittle me and my girlfriend, and talk to us like we were stupid in the car buying process. Finally, after 2 months of talking, we went in to finally settle the deal. He had us wait around for over an hr as he was "letting the banks come back with numbers" but really dealing with other customers. He came back after we sat for over an hr to say that he was waiting on one bank, which told him right away they would tell him numbers in the morning, when we could've not wasted our time and sat there, making small talk with a sales rep. This was all after he asked me what my roundabout payment wanted to be. When I gave him the number, he flat out said, "well to get there, you're going to need a lot less car." That's disrespectful to tell someone, especially when they are excited buying their first brand new car, and all I was asking was $375/mo or under, which isn't unreasonable. The next day, he decided to run my credit on a 2016 pre-owned Jeep, rather than the 2018 we discussed the night prior. I never asked for the pre-owned, and took it upon himself to do it anyway. He came back with a number of $372/mo on a 30,000 mile 2 year old Jeep, but never gave me an interest rate. I asked where he came up with that number, and just responded with "that's what the bank is telling me." but no interest rate was given during this process. So I emailed another dealer the next day, and got a brand new Jeep 2 days after this disaster with Carman. The Sales team told me flat out " Carman was pulling you and messing with you. They thought you were inexperienced and they could pull a fast one on you. They wanted to get the most money out of you, and the highest interest rate." The new dealer also said they thought Carman was a reputable dealer, but now see things differently and were shocked how bad I was mistreated. So, I got a brand new Jeep for $10 more a month than what this place offered me for a 2016 with 30k miles, which is baffling to me. They also called in a favor to a local credit union to help me out, and got an interest rate 5% lower than anything Carman even attempted back in April to give me. And the process took 2 hours start to finish, with a test drive, where Carman took me 2 months and got nowhere and disrespected by Bob. That's customer service to me, not just getting one number and never telling it to me. My girlfriends family is looking for new Jeeps and Dodge's, and I am referring them all to this new dealer, and telling them stay far away from Carman. I will say, Ryan was outstanding. He is very personable and was a great sales rep. It's a shame because I would've liked to buy from him, but he works for such a bad manager. Oh, and when I asked if Ryan would've gotten commission if I purchased when he wasn't there, Bob gave me a round about answer, which lead me to believe he wouldn't have seen a dime of it. More
