When in time of need there not there for you. I give this low rating because yesterday 12/6/18 I called the service department to have my truck look at because it would not start. They said I could drop it off but maybe till the DEC 17 to look at it. Either there service dept. is under maned or they just don't care about taking care of there loyal customer's. Yes I'm pissed. Waisted Trip We contacted the dealership Monday Morning to inquire about a car that was on the website. Our email specifically sited a certain car and asked if it We contacted the dealership Monday Morning to inquire about a car that was on the website. Our email specifically sited a certain car and asked if it was still available.We we were received a reply at 10 AM to say Yes the car was available. The man who sent the email mentioned the specific car and said to come to the dealership and look at it. We drove 5 hours to the dealership and arrived arount 3 PM on Monday. When we went to the office and asked to see the car, we were told the car was sold on Friday. BUT, they wanted to know if they could interest us in something else!!!!!!!!!! Don't trust any information on the internet or in an email. Talk to a real person and verify what you want before you go. I WILL NEVER BE BE BACK!!!!!!!!!! More
