When in time of need there not there for you. I give this low rating because yesterday 12/6/18 I called the service department to have my truck look at because it would not start. They said I could drop it off but maybe till the DEC 17 to look at it. Either there service dept. is under maned or they just don't care about taking care of there loyal customer's. Yes I'm pissed.
