What a wonderful experience! My husband and I traded in our old mini-van and leased a 2011 Chrysler T&C. We brought in our 3 girls who were entertained by the dealerships play area. Bob was kind enough to buy the girls snacks from the vending machine as it was dinner time. The whole experience with discussing the lease terms, the ease with trading in our current van and the overall friendliness of both Bob and George made our first time experience with this dealership delightful. We also received a call the day after we leaseed the vehicle to just say "thanks". That was a nice touch :) I received a survey call where I rated my experience with the dealership, but it appears the information that was conveyed to the dealership was incorrect. I have nothing but great things to say about Carman. After my 3 year lease is up, I plan to go back to Carman to lease a Jeep Cherokee. Thanks Carman...keep up the great work! More

I don't think I was ever in a dealership for such a short period of time to get a deal done. On day of delivery had all the paper work signed and had all the features of the truck explained in less than an period of time to get a deal done. I went too many different dealers looking for one specific car!! 2011 dodge challenger 392 inaugural edition! The first dealer had the car I was looking for but failed to mention that it was a manual specific car!! 2011 dodge challenger 392 inaugural edition! The first dealer had the car I was looking for but failed to mention that it was a manual. Then I noticed that the car was being treated like a rental! It was dirty from road salt and just a mess! The other two dealers where just about the same. Then as a last attempt a called Carman dodge and ask about the srt challenger and to my surprise 6 miles on the dash plastic film still on the touchscreen. Now that's shat I'm talkin about!!! Treat the car like it's a one of a kind !!Thats who I want to buy a 50,000 dollar car from!! There kind and don't mess around with pricing! I am going to Carman dodge for everything now including service!! Great job guys and gals!!! More

I did not expect to end up buying a Dodge Durango. I had intended on buying a Ford Flex and only stopped into the dealership because we were driving by and to take a look at the new Durango's.
