Every time I visit this dealership for service to my cars, I'm greeted like an old friend. They actually bend over backwards to satisfy me. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and courteous as are th cars, I'm greeted like an old friend. They actually bend over backwards to satisfy me. I came down from Lancaster, PA to visit the dealership after talking to Dave on the phone. I was looking for a "loaded" Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in cherry red, which they had. I had been to my local de after talking to Dave on the phone. I was looking for a "loaded" Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in cherry red, which they had. I had been to my local dealership who had a demo (same model) in black that they had for sale. After finding the cherry red one via Dodge's website, I called my local dealer and told them that I wanted the cherry red one. They told me they could do it, but I would not be able to get a very good deal. I then suggested that they were implying it would be better for me to drive to DE in person to get the deal done personally, and they told me I would have no success. Well, much to my satisfaction, they were wrong. I bought the vehicle that same night and drove home at 10:45pm after getting an excellent price for the truck as well as a very reasonable offer for my trade-in. I appreciate all the personnel at Carman that stayed late just to help me out. I would definitely buy there again, despite the "inconvenience" of driving 49 miles or so. Thanks again, everyone. By the way, the price I paid for the cherry red one with 41 miles on it was over $1000 less than the price for the black demo with 3100+ miles on it, and I absoltely love the truck, as does my wife, who is not a big truck fan. I recently purchased a 2011 Ram 2500 Quad Cab from Carman, after looking at other makes dealerships. The 2500 is the best deal for the money. The staff is AWESOME.... I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership, and although I tried to find a better deal at other Dodge Dealerships I find myself returning time and again to Carman because of their ability to make it happen. Not only are they more than fair for your trade, but they also have salesman that try to get the deal done for you no matter how far they have to go. And the one thing I enjoyed is that they did not hold my keys hostage while we haggled on the vehicle. Other dealerships I visited kept my keys after evaluating my trade, until I had to make a scene to get them returned. Dave Sumner was my salesman there and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with my Diesel Truck that I just purchased. I can also call him anytime after the purchase if I have questions on the vehicle, since this is my first Diesel. I will ALWAYS return to Carman Dodge to purchase a new vehicle, since they really care about the customer and the experience. Thank you Carman, for making an otherwise expensive and emotional purchase all that more fun! More

I live approximately 10 miles from a Dodge dealership in Smyrna. I traveled to New Castle to do business with Dave because he always treats me right and gets me the best possible deal. I had tO have the shortblock replaced in my 2007 Durango. The technician broke and lost fasteners and engine compartment panels and other parts. Oil now leaks from an engine the was rebuilt. The original job took 21 days (6 longer than expecked), the truck went back for another 2 days and has to go back again because it still leaks oil. I have received the vehicle back after the third visit and will check for oil in a couple of days. I will say that the Service Manager and General Manager have been courteous, professional and are trying to make things right. I will update the review if/when I am satisfied with the work performed.
