All I can say is WOW!!! Loooooved them! We normally deal with Martin Honda. However I was curious about a Town & Country bc it seemed to give you more bang for the buck. Throughout the process I felt like I was in an episode of "Cheers". Dave was down to earth, very witty & extremely educated on the van. Btw Bob, I don't see Dave's pic on the website....come on now, he's the cream of the crop!!!!! Oh and speaking of Bob......fabulous! He was very inviting, pleasant and professional. He was willing, ready to welcome and wait on you. There are times when I thought something was wrong with my car and it was nothing wrong. The last time was my radio, I thought it was not working. However, it was nothing wrong. The Service people tell you the truth and not make up repairs for you to spend money. Not knowing anything about cars, Mark explains everything with such clarity that a person understands exactly what the problem consists There are other Chrysler's Dealers in Delaware; however, there are no comparison to Carman. I went in knowing that I wanted a small car that was good on gas, but did NOT drive like a go-cart. Arthur was so patient with me, as I tried all three models of the Fiat 500.
