The only issue I have is they told me there were 2 remote keys and when I went to pick up the car they said they made a mistake and there was only one. Chad added that keys weren't real expensive so I let it go and didn't make them redo the deal. Then I found out the key will cost me $350. I told him more than once I felt this was their responsibility but all I got was some "mumbo jumbo" response. I would have expected more from such a high end dealer Read More Read Less

Excellent service.Had everything done when we arrived to get the car! My husband made the deal with Jim by internet so when we arrive, they had the car and paperwork ready. It took 10 minutes to sign the p get the car! My husband made the deal with Jim by internet so when we arrive, they had the car and paperwork ready. It took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and then Tom showed us the car. WE were in and out of the dealership in an hour. Amazing!! This will be the first place we go if we want to buy again. We live in Tennessee but because of the great deal they gave us, we made the 3 hour drive. It was worth it. Smooth transaction and great people!! More
