He sent photos and videos of the car, answered every question I had, and even walked me through the paperwork after overnighting it to me. He highlighted exactly where I needed to sign and took the time to explain the documents I had questions about, making the entire process stress-free. Hampton also came back with an extremely fair offer for my trade-in and worked hard to get my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it. The logistics were seamless—my new car was delivered the same day my trade-in was picked up, so I was never without a vehicle. What really stood out, though, was Hampton himself. He wasn’t your typical salesperson. He genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and seemed just as excited as I was for me to receive my new car.
