I wanted to upgrade my wife's Mercedes for her birthday but she was a little hesitant because she really liked her current Mercedes. Pablo treated us like we were close cousins and I say this because he was down to earth and very honest. At no time did we ever feel pressured or overwhelmed and Pablo ensured that we were treated with first class service. I honestly believe that Pablo's knowledge of the vehicle and his no pressure sales approach was one of the reasons that we purchased the new vehicle. Then the fact that Pablo and the sales manager gave us an excellent offer on our trade in and an even better price on the new vehicle, it only made sense to buy from Carlton Motors. He was able to answer all of my questions and allowed me the time to think about my future purchase without being pushy, like the typical car salesman. Carlton Merecedes just gave that extra something that most dealerships do not. For example, I was greeted with a rose each time I was in the dealership. Pablo was able to get a great deal on my favorite C-250 in the lot at an unbelievable interest rate. On the day that I actual purchased the vehicle, Pablo and the Carlton Merecedes team had basically taken care of all of the paperwork. I just had to sign a few things, it literally took maybe 3 minutes to finalize everything. Since this was my first car buying experience, I brought my boyfriend with me who has bought several vehicles before, and he could not believe the unbelievable service and ease of this car buying experience.
