From the minute we entered the dealership (just to look) everyone was so incredibly pleasant and welcoming that I immediately felt "at home". In fact, I was so at home that I found a couple of cars to test drive (both a certified used E350 as well as a brand new E350). Alex was most amendable to showing me the benefits of both and there was no pressure to buy at all which helped me come to the decision I did make about 2 days later. There was no what I would term "harassing phone calls" but I felt comfortable enough to have called either William or Alex should I have had any questions. The sale went smooth and quickly and the advice given from William about Financing was most appreciated! I got the car of my dreams at Carlton Mercedes and would not hesitate in the least to encourage anyone within 100 miles (or more) of Greenville, SC to buy at Carlton! More

This was our first experience purchasing a Mercedes Benz. I was so impressed from the very first visit to look at the new 2014 Mercedes CLA 250. When I arrived i was promptly greeted in a very professional manner, not pushy, but very helpful. I was introduced to Tyler James. Tyler was a great listener, so he knew exactly I was looking for. The dealership provides a red rose to all the ladies that come to their dealership...nice touch! Tyler was very knowledgeable in explaining the features on the car,the safety records, and was just so nice to work with. After the test drive, he introduced me to Bill Duke. He assisted us in finding on line, the exact color and features i wanted. I was really impressed on the teamwork at this dealership. When I did come back the 2nd time to look at another color of the car to be sure what I wanted, both Tyler and Bill were busy. Again...I received another rose!! Heather Carlton, made sure I did not have to wait. She personally took me down to the shop area where they were cleaning one for delivery. In addition, I was honored to meet Mr. Phil Carlton. He took time out to talk with myself and another customer and gave us a tour. He is such a great dedicated family man, and is so proud of his daughter Heather. I truly enjoyed listening to him talk so highly of his family, and also very impressed at all he does for charity. When the new car arrived, the delivery was not rushed, Tyler took even more time with us explaining how to use the car. I have bought a new car about every 3 years for the past 25 years, and this dealership was the best at friendliness, service, knowledge, and delivery expectations. I am very happy with the way my sale was handled. I communicated with the dealership via email before every visiting. Ronnie was very quick to respond to my email request. I was very nervous about making such a big purchase however will never own any other care than a Mercedes. William closed the deal. Since the first time I met and talked with Mr. Duke, he knew exactly what I wanted. His dealership did not have a 2014 C 300 4 Matic which I was looking for. He immediately located one in Ohio with the color, trim, and all the options I wanted and in four days I was driving my new car. Also, the Carlton financial department did a great job. Mr. Duke, as the General Sales Manager, is indeed an asset to Carlton Mercedes Benz in Greenville, SC.
