Amazing!!! On our first visit, we met Mr. Carlton. He is an amazing man. Comes to work every day at 95 years old. He introduced us to Bob Brackett. Bob sat with us, explained the vehicle in detail, stressing the safety issues. We were amazed at how knowledgeable Bob was. We had never had a salesman spend so much time with us, not even knowing if we were going to buy the car or not. Although the price is worth all the features, we had to discuss it some since we did not plan on spending quite that much. We went home, discussed it, talked about the other vehicles we had looked at and made up our minds. The Mercedes won. And we won. The car is so quiet and runs so smooth. We are still learning about the features and even went back to Bob to have him explain some things to us. Again, he was happy to help. More
