Worst service department. Took my AMG in for a couple recalls. Picked it up the next day with the steering wheel off center position. Returned it and they attempted to fix it. They stripped the bolt which forced them to drill it out and over an hour later they gave the car back to me, with the wheel being even farther off center than before. At this point I decided to correct it myself which took less that 5min And discovered that the replacement bolt wasn’t even torque down properly. I reviewed the dash cam recording and listening to the guys test driving the car stating that if I wouldn’t be happy they would just tell me that I needed an alignment. They also went for a little joy ride and revved the engine a few times without it even being warmed up. That place will never see me again. Absolut amateur techs. On a positive note. The service advisor communicated well and was forthcoming as much as he could. More
Excuses, Excuses, Excuses! This is all you will get if you need a repair under warranty or recall. Their top priority is only paying customers. I left a poor review on Google last week and now they want return my calls. My car needs the EPA Exhaust repair. Since it costs them money, my car is very low priority. Don’t waste your time with these folks. It seems they’re headed for bankruptcy as they can’t keep service techs because they don’t pay enough and they only want to do repairs that bring revenues. I suggest you go out of town to a larger dealership to buy your car. You won’t get good service after the sale at Carlton. He was knowledgeable and kind! John Baek in accounting should shadow Phillip and Brian for a few months and learn how to speak to ladies and customers in general. John was the rudest, most arrogant employee of a dealership/business I have ever come in contact. We forgot to write one word on our check for the payment, it was our fault, he was so arrogant and angry when speaking to me. Life lesson, Mr. Baek, "It is not what you say, my friend. rather HOW you say it." I was told he wanted to apologize for how he treated me on the phone but I would have to step into his office to receive the apology...no thanks. He has my number and so does the dealership...no call from anyone, except awesome Phillip. He is a class act!! He held this deal together! More
