Asked if they could help, and when i said i was looking for a used E class, they said "wait here", and they drove several up to the portachure! Wow, i was impressed. I decided several days late to purchase a new E-350 Sport. The price was competitive, the people are outstanding, and the service the last three years has been excellent. More
Patience is a virtue. I started looking for a new car in the spring of 206, knowing that my lease was expiring in October. I was looking for a luxury vehicle, either a Lexus, Mercedes, or the new Continental. I stopped by Carlton, was greeted by John Armstrong, and treated to a low pressure, professional, and yet friendly opportunity to drive the S Class. I wasn't ready to buy, but John spent a lot of time with my wife and me and made the experience memorable. I came back in late July, wanting to see the E Class, and met Brian, the Sales Manager, who explained that John was out ill. I drove the E Class and loved it but still wasn't ready. Then my lease expired and i needed a new car. I came back, after trying all the competition, and made the deal for the car I wanted with ease. They were patient wit me and my shopping style, and it paid off. Don Tucker More

As with any MB's, the cost is somewhat pricey, but Carlton tries to keep it as reasonable as possible. This includes not getting some services due to low mileage on the car. Based on previous experiences I have far more confidence in Carlton than an independent. Well worth the little extra you pay over an independent. More
Unprofessional and delayed my car purchase for 3 weeks. My name is Dominique Weston . I have been looking to purchase from a car Jimmy Garrett over the past month. We exchanged information and agreed on a price a few days after. Then this is where things get weird. He asks me for bank statements and give them to him a day after he asked for it . From here he ignores my texts and I have to call him to ask him when I can pick up and purchase this car. He says management has to approve , mind you this is on the 18th. Waiting on an management's decision to sell a car. What kind of dealership doesn't want to sell a car? Today is the 29th end of November I have to call Jimmy , of course no answer. Next I call his manager to find out what is going on. He says he can't sell outside of his "area" whatever that means. Why not tell me this on the 7th ? Why not tell me this when I sent my financial statements, but no I have to call and complain in order to find out. I believe this is some sort of discrimination due to my color , I have never heard of a dealership not wanting to sell a car, very suspicious . Please do not purchase a car from carlton mercedes , and if you have to please do no deal with Jimmy Garrett horrible customer service! More
WAY OVERPRICED!!! Had service done here today as were I bought my Mercedes. I got a "Service B" which includes oil change, cabin filter, brake fluid changed. And I Als Had service done here today as were I bought my Mercedes. I got a "Service B" which includes oil change, cabin filter, brake fluid changed. And I Also got the transmission flushed per their recommendation. Just this stuff... $970.00 I called Mercedes in Charlotte and they were half the price. I also asked to replace the spark plugs (4) and their yore was over $380.00. I called Hendricks Mercedes in Charlotte and they said it's only 220.00 parts and labor. Maybe the daughter that took over the dealership should stop taking her family on private jets all the time!!!! (I personally know they do) aka I know the pilot. Done with this place!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! More
