My husband and I were just shopping the day we visited the Carlton showroom....not realizing we would drive away with a new GLE 350 SUV. Sales associate Scott Anderson was very helpful with all the questions we had about purchasing a new Benz. He was a pleasure to work with. Albeit we spent quite a bit of time deciding if we were going to purchase a new car, Scott was very patient and provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. Scott has kept in touch and he has been instrumental with walking us through the many "HOW TO" situations we have faced with the many functions on our "high tech" car. We will definitely refer family and friends to visit Scott and all the wonderful people at Carlton Mercedes Benz. The service work on our new car will be done at CMB and we are hopeful our dealings with the service department will be as wonderful as what we experienced with the sales department. More
