I stopped at Carlson Toyota in coon rapids to get a new battery for my car. I didn't have an appointment. The guy told me if you go to the parts department and by it we will install it. It went bad from that point. They sent a tech with me, and that person dropped the battery off a 4-foot counter to the floor. and put it in my car. They installed my battery incorrect. they turned it backwards they put the battery positive cable on the negative side and the negative on the positive. Blew a bunch a fuse. And told me that it going to cost me $523.00 for their mistake. The service Manager Lance came at me barking where is your work order where is your ticket. I told him your guys said if I buy this, they will install it. That guy is a xxxxx. He lacks customer service skills. More

I’m so disappointed with this dealership that I will never buy another Toyota or set foot ins Toyota dealership ever again! I bought brand new tires from this dealership about 6 months ago! I asked them never buy another Toyota or set foot ins Toyota dealership ever again! I bought brand new tires from this dealership about 6 months ago! I asked them 2 different times when I came back to get my oil changed to check a tire & both times they told me nothing was wrong with this tire! I am tired of putting air in this tire so I went to a luthier dealership cause I used to work there and still know some people who work there! They told me that there is a nail in the side wall that isn’t repairable! This wouldn’t have happened if the idiots at Carlson Toyota would have looked into it when I told them to! They chose to ignore my request! Now it’s going to cost almost 200 dollars for a new tire! Lance the service manager told me that if I took it to Rudy Luther that they would fix it for free, that was a complete lie! Rudy Luther will only do that if I bought the tires there! The General Manager also lied time because she told me that the service manager gave me the solution which was to take. It to Rudy Luther & get it fixed for free! Obviously the never even checked to see if that was true! I want everyone to know not to trust this dealership! I find it hard to believe that they will do nothing for me as far as this will cost me a n additional 200 dollar which they could have fixed as I was on top of the problem! Dime a favor & go to a different dealership! They do not back up anything at this dealership! More

I am really frustrated with this dealership, I bought tires from them & went back a couple of times & told them that the tire was bad! They said nothing was wrong with it! It loses air pressure about eve tires from them & went back a couple of times & told them that the tire was bad! They said nothing was wrong with it! It loses air pressure about every two weeks! I finally took it to a dealership that I used to work at cause I trust them & there is a nail in the side wall which is y fixable! I call the dealership where I have it serviced & they were total xxxxxxxx! I will never ever spend another dime at this dealership! It’s almost 200 dollars to replace this one tire & the service representative told me to go to Rudy Luther & have it replaced! That’s not a good thing when this car was 40000 thousand dollars & the tires were over 800 hundred!!!!!!!!!!!!’ More
