I need to repl on my dashboard. I paid $200 for a diagnosis on my 2007 Toyota tundra. The service advisor came back, there are 3 things they found. I need to replace: Oil leaked, exhaust, and transmission. There wasn’t any codes provided that triggered the problem I brought my car in. I took my truck and got that fixed elsewhere. However, the VSC off lights is on when I engage in my 4x4 4hi or 4lo. I called back to see how long does the diagnosis last till as it has not even past two weeks and the service advisor mentioned to me, “every time I bring my car in there’s a diagnosis fee” thats absurd. First of all I have a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 12,000 miles on it. It came with the 100,000 warranty, we also bought the extra warranty, rust protection and it’s under 15,000 miles so it still has that e miles on it. It came with the 100,000 warranty, we also bought the extra warranty, rust protection and it’s under 15,000 miles so it still has that extra protection on it. I brought my car in with the error code secondary brake malfunction error code on it. After sitting for close to 3 hours she comes back to tell me there top mechanic took a look at it and asked if I ever overfill my tank? I said no I let it fill and when it’s done it’s done. Then she asked does anyone else fill my car? I said no just me. Then went on to tell me that they took the board and everything off and looked at the charcoal canister and pumps and it all looks fine but recommends we replace it. Huh? So it’s fine no debris but we need to replace it? She said it’s coming up as a user error so it won’t be covered it will be 1200.00. I said I have all this warranty and it’s not covered? She said no. So the code says secondary brake malfunction and you wanna charge me for a canister? Then tells me that she could change me 175 for the trip in today but they'll wave that and recommends we get it done but the part is out of stock. She kept saying it was user error ( and that they can tell that) and because it’s a user error Toyota won’t cover that. All I do is fill my car. Then never gives me the receipt or recommendation sheet. I do have the text they sent me while I was there. They also left oil all over the side of my car. I am not saying it’s all this womens fault but she was sure getting a line of crap to pass on.Highly do not recommend this place!!! More

She was knowledgeable, answered questions and knows the product! We have bought many cars over the years and have to say this was one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle! Even the paper work process with Nick the Finance Manager was pleasant! More

We came pre-qualified for financing with our trade in ready with title and everything. Unfortunately prepared buyers were met with unprepared sellers. Not only did the Costco-referred "rep" completely blow off the appointment, the person that ultimately did help us was very friendly and knowledgeable but couldn't seem to navigate the inventory management system effectively. It took what felt like 45 minutes of runaround to find out that the car we had come to see sold that afternoon. They ultimately had a new vehicle in stock that met our needs in our budget, so we did complete a purchase, but to be honest the sales manager who took over the transaction gave me really bad vibes and it turned into a weird pushy experience. Someone pre-approved for a $40,000 auto loan and a very specific vehicle and trim level shouldn't need to take 4.5 hours to complete a transaction. Wish I had walked away on principle but I do love the car we're driving. More
